Death is Nearing

As I stirred in our comfortable bed, I remembered waking up to the dawn. The room was quiet and empty, with Casimir having left for his court, leaving Brandon to rest for the day. I, on the other hand, had important matters to attend to. I had to socialize with the noble ladies, so I could establish a connection with them. My handmaiden, Hanina, was a sweet old woman who treated me like her own. She reminded me that it was time to prepare for the upcoming royal picnic with the noble ladies. She had prepared my gown and jewelry for the occasion. I remembered the beautiful gown, gifted to me by Casimir when we first got married. It had a perfect blend of red, gold, and black colors that I loved. However, I had been saving it for a special occasion, and I wasn't sure if this picnic was worth wearing such a gorgeous piece. I couldn't help but wonder about the poor decisions I had made in the past.

Before I knew it I was already at the picnic with those noble whores. I Brandon help but be bored. Time passed so slowly that each second felt like an eternity. I just want to spend some time with Brandon once in awhile. I know my mistakes as his mother yet I don't admit it openly. But I must do this for my son. As long as I can garner the support of the nobles my son will ascend the throne with no problems. I must get him a backer while my position is still secured and while I still have Casimir under control. My sweet boy shall not suffer the pains I had to deal with...No not him.

Countess Cassandra, one of the advisors to the queen, noticed that Her Highness Alana appeared to be looking tired and asked if she was feeling alright. Alana, the queen, replied apologizing, saying that she had not had enough sleep. She then asked the ladies to remind her what they had been discussing. Countess Cassandra reminded her that they were discussing a famous General. However, Alana couldn't remember which General it was. Baroness Josephine, another of the queen's advisors, informed her that it was General Warwick. Alana found his name to be fitting and the ladies laughed. Countess Cassandra complimented Alana on her observation skills, to which Alana humbly responded that the Countess was praising her too much. To the queen, only these two paid actual genuine attention to her. They were the only friends she had left after the duchess runs betrayal.

As the queen was enjoying the picnic, the King was called away to deal with urgent matters. The empire faced serious issues with neighboring nations, and the most pressing was the Celestial Kingdom.

The Celestial Kingdom was a land shrouded in mystery and wonder. It was the only kingdom that possessed the ability to create Star Shards, which were powerful shards that bestowed temporary powers to rulers. However, these shards could only be created by the oracle, a mere 6-year-old girl. Despite her young age, the child was an orphan who had been taken in by the Polaris Raziliz, a group of special beings, to be their queen due to her status as the oracle. With her beautiful blonde hair and striking blue eyes, she was a charming little girl. Polaris Kaizen, one of the regents of the Celestial Kingdom, brought her to the kingdom to rule, but the Polaris Raziliz were guiding her rule as she was still young.

However, the Celestial Kingdom and the Nefarious Kingdom have been experiencing difficulties lately. King Casimir of the Nefarious Kingdom and Regent Polaris Kaizen of the Celestial Kingdom were at odds over whether the Celestial Kingdom should expand further. King Casimir was worried that if the Celestial Kingdom expanded north towards the Nefarious Kingdom, it would become too powerful, which would be a threat to his kingdom.

In the majestic celestial kingdom, the regent of the Polaris clan, Polaris Kaizen, had been seeking approval for war against the Kingdom of Nefarious. The young queen, after careful consideration, gave her blessings for victory. With the approval granted, Polaris Kaizen ordered his men to prepare for battle. Day and night, the sounds of swords clashing echoed throughout the kingdom as the warriors trained and practiced. Meanwhile, the queen, residing in her castle, was determined to learn a foreign language so that she could understand the schemes of foreign nations and prepare herself for any situation.

In her dreams, the queen saw a vision of victory. The banner of her empire fluttered high atop the grandest palace imaginable. The palace walls were made of quartz, and she could see thousands of Polaris soldiers surrounding it, protecting it from their enemies. In contrast, she could see the banner of the imperial clan from the Kingdom of Nefarious held up by their enemy, who were determined to wage war.

However, fearing the outbreak of war, the wise king decided to intervene and block the Polaris men from reaching any further north to prevent any conflict between the two kingdoms. The conflict between Casimir's nefarious kingdom and Polaris Kaizen's soldiers erupted when Casimir ordered his men to block the path of the Polaris soldiers. This decision, instead of preventing conflict, led to an all-out war between the two kingdoms.

Polaris Kaizen responded by launching a fierce attack on the nefarious soldiers who were blocking their way. The celestial swords used by the Polaris soldiers were specially crafted with obsidian, which was known for its sharpness. As a result, blood spilled from the bodies of the nefarious soldiers as the Polaris men broke through their line.

Despite the general in charge of the nefarious army ordering his men to retreat, the Polaris soldiers continued to pursue them. Polaris Kaizen himself joined the battlefield, fighting for the young queen's right to expand her kingdom. With his deadly accuracy, he shot an arrow that hit the general in the head as he attempted to retreat.

As a result of this battle, the Polaris kingdom gained the upper hand, and Casimir's nefarious kingdom suffered a significant setback. It was a grim reminder that war only brings destruction and devastation, and it is always better to seek peace and cooperation.

"Men, I want you to surround the group from all sides, forming a tight circle and making sure they have no way to escape. We need to ensure that they are completely trapped and unable to flee." - Polaris Kaizen.

The Polaris soldiers, with their razor-sharp blades, slowly and meticulously surrounded the broken line of enemy soldiers. Under the command of Polaris Kaizen, they advanced layer by layer, taking down the nefarious soldiers one by one. The battle was gruesome, and the air was thick with the scent of blood and death.

As the Polaris soldiers continued their advance, they showed no mercy to their enemies. The once mighty army of Casimir was no match for the precision and skill of Polaris Kaizen and his soldiers. By the time the report of the attack reached Casimir, the damage had already been done - 250,000 soldiers lay dead and were being devoured by vultures.

With the success of their attack, Polaris Kaizen and his army had now entered Casimir's territory. The Celestial Kingdom, once only a threat to the kingdom, was now a danger to the Imperial Clan itself. Any wrong move by Casimir could lead to the destruction of the kingdom, and the stakes had never been higher. The looming threat of Polaris Kaizen had everyone on edge, as it became increasingly clear that he had his sights set on Casimir. Despite his army consisting of a mere 150,000 soldiers, Polaris Kaizen had managed to vanquish the nefarious enemy. The entire palace was now in a state of heightened vigilance, with the fear of Polaris army's imminent arrival hanging over them. Casimir knew that he had to prepare his soldiers for a costly war if he hoped to stand a chance against Polaris Kaizen. The outcome of this war would determine which of the two kingdoms would prevail and which would crumble to dust. Casimir was a man in desperate need of help. Every day, he fervently prayed to his gods for assistance in his battle against the formidable Polaris army. Despite his efforts, the enemy continued to wreak havoc on innocent villages day and night, leaving nothing but ashes in their wake. The constant reports of destruction and death weighed heavily on Casimir's heart, and he couldn't help but feel that his own demise was fast approaching, along with that of his beloved family. The queen, who was consumed by an overwhelming sense of urgency to rescue her son, raised her voice in a desperate plea for assistance. She called upon her father and brothers, imploring them to aid her in saving Prince Brandon from his perilous predicament. They questioned if death was inevitable for their imperial clan...
