The time has come, with her suitcase packed Maz makes her way to the station Star Destroyer she needs to be at, saying her goodbyes to her family and friends she makes her way to the shuttle what will take inside her workplace.

INSIDE WOMEN ONLY STAR DESTROYER

''Welcome new workers'' Mrs. Kurz begins to say while the new recruitments stand in a line in from the work areas they will be stationed. Maz sees her station at the bridge in the same room where Admirals are 'why here' Maz says to herself as her nerves take hold of her. ''Mistakes will happen in training so make sure they are here and not when you are out of training'' Mrs. Kurz says sternly ''here are your uniforms and you swipe card to your quarters please go and find your quarters and get into your uniform and come back as soon as your ready'' Mrs. Kurz says as she hands over uniform with name tags on for every recruiter.

MAZ POV

''Found it'' I say aloud after searching every corridor to where my quarters were, room 162, holding the card close the scanner the mechanical doors wooshed open showing what's inside.

Looking around I see a grey bed matching the colours of the entire room a dresser and another door what has to be the bathroom opening up I was correct a bathroom. ''right more investigating another time the tutor is waiting'' I tell my curious self as I begin to change. Quickly throwing my trousers and jumper onto my bed I try as neatly as I can in a hurry but the work trousers and top on, quickly placing the belt across my waist I use the mirror to guide me to make sure it is straight as well with the hat, checking my black boots are not scruffed I am ready to go. ''Ready but surely we are not going straight into training today are we?'' I ask myself unknown what is going to happen.

Walking out my room I see the others hovering over the scanner, ''is it letting you in?'' I ask to one brown-haired woman, ''Yes I've been but how do you lock it?'' she asks hoping she doesn't sound stupid, ''I think it locks itself'' I reply seeing as she scans her card and the mechanic door keeps opening and closing. ''Oh'' she only replies as she puts her key card in her pocket, ''I'm Laura nice to mee you'' Laura introduces herself to me ''I'm Mazzra but you can call me Maz for short'' I reply and walk by the side of her making way back to the bay where all the others are waiting.

''Do you think we will be going straight into training?'' Laura asks the question what I have been thinking for a good whole ten minutes ''I don't know but I know we haven't left our planet yet'' I reply shrugging my shoulders while hearing both of our footwear hit the floor with a sound all too familiar to boots on shiny polished floors.

As for me and Laura and all the others we don't know what today holds, as we walk down the corridors and up the stairs we spot storm troopers walking around still with their guns, 'I wonder if Jake and Steph is here' I ask myself as I watch the troops walk past us in single file. Turning left we finally got the bridge to see half was waiting for us. ''Welcome back'' Mrs Kurz says with her hand in a formal stance her hands behind her back, ''today will just be sitting at your stations and then look around the whole ship so take today as an easy nudge before the training starts tomorrow'' Mrs Kurz then says was we walk to our stations posted and sit down.

All I see is red flashing lights coming on and off in different directions and a huge circle thing what looks like a cog on the upper left, looking at my panels I then find an instruction booklet 'well that will make things a lot easier' I say to myself as I open the book and read page one.

*Time Skip*

Well today was tiring I learned a little more about the radio I will work with and where everything is on this ship, even who the Emperor is and his apprentice Darth Vader and if I ever meet this Darth Vader I have been told how to address him. Finally sitting down at the cafeteria I take a mouth full of tuna and pasta 'very earthly meals' I say to myself as I chew and swallow my first bite.

"We are beginning to take off please be seated in the time being'' a womanly voice comes through the speakers and suddenly a little jolt of movement started 'glad I sat down in time' I say to myself, ''I wonder where we are going?'' one recruit says to another making a start of a conversation what was very so desperately needed.

*2 Month Time Skip*

My training is going well Mrs. Kurz has said if my progress continues on the right track I may be leaving the Traning ship and move to my permanent workforce on The Adjudicator.

And while I have been training we have been jumping in and out of hyperspace to meet up with my Destroyers. It's late and I am still awake scrolling my messages what have been left but sadly I have been told by Mrs. Kurz herself that not my phone will no longer be useful especially when we left Earth orbit so I decided to not read my messages till I really needed to and this was the best time, smiling through all my messages my friends have left I finally see the last message from my mum, ''Be strong we will always be thinking of you. Remember to contact us love your family'' reading that I realize I am getting homesick. Laying on my back I realize it's been 2 months since I left 'I'll ask Mrs. Kurz when I wake up how I can contact my family' I say to myself listening to the silence only hearing occasional walking going past.
