Back within reality, Haru, Aki, Orimura, and Kuga were standing still, their eyes open but hazy, with no motion felt from them.
If their chests weren't moving up and down, one would think they were dead.
While their minds were elsewhere, their bodies remained in the same eerie storeroom.
The very storeroom where they found seven dead bodies, and in the middle lay an unconscious little girl.
It was then, suddenly, that Haru's eyelids fluttered.
"!!" He opened his eyes and warily looked around.
As Mimi had promised him, he had escaped from the Domain of Nightmare.
But his problems were not over yet.
Realizing he was in the eerie storeroom that had started all his troubles, Haru didn't waste a second before quickly leaping backward toward the exit door.
"[Black chain]"
And at that moment, he cast his spell, binding the chain with Orimura, Kuga, and Aki, pulling them all together with him away from the cursed place.
