51 Leaving the school

"Don't you think that they might have headed to the Shelter?" Orimura inquired with concern etched on her face upon learning that Haru intended to venture into the Black Zone. 

Their high school which was situated in a yellow zone had already stretched their limits for survival. Contemplating a journey into the black zone seemed nothing short of suicidal, given the unimaginable risks it posed.

Hearing her response, Haru shook his head and explained, "It would be best if they made it to the shelter, but I can't afford to take any risks or be careless. If they happen to be stuck in the office, I need to find them there. If not, I'll head to my house back in Shinjuku City."

"Haru..." Kuga wore a worried expression, realizing he couldn't change Haru's mind.
