63 Forgotten Memory – V

"What on earth was that?" Haru muttered as he felt an indescribable sensation coursing through his body.

He had done something beyond human capability.

Dodging a football that would have hit him in a split second with such reflexes was anything but normal.

'No... It wasn't just that...' However, he knew it wasn't solely a quick reflex.

The world itself seemed to slow down, or rather, his body reacted so swiftly that the world and the people within it appeared to move in slow motion.

But in the next moment, that extraordinary sensation slowly dissipated from his body, as if it had never been there.

Haru tried to sense anything unusual within his body and looked at the ball that had nearly struck him.

However, everything felt completely normal.

'How in the world did I do that?'
