236 Lead on

When Kieran returned to the tents, he did so alone. But it was with a smile on his face. "Alright. I'll show you the outlaw's outpost."

"They have outposts? They are bolder than I thought. Why don't Hunters attack them?"

Kieran snorted. "They did but the outlaws know the wilderness and can always run. Besides, there was never a serious attempt made to stop them."

"Why?" Belialthorn asked.

"Because the teams are not cooperative. Especially on things like fighting outlaws where no loot will come out of." Kieran said.

Belialthorn studied the man. Kieran was playing nice, probably picturing Belialthorn's death in the hands of the outlaws while he ran away.

Belialthorn stood and gestured for Kieran to follow him. "Tell me about the outlaws."

Outside was a little cold and dark. Hunters were turning off their lights while going to sleep. They made their way between the tents and burning fires.
