The story is about transmigration...but the character and the way the atory unfold is quite interesting especially the FL its not the common cliche story that shes weak or whatsoever infact shea bold and attaightforwaed eapecially when he is borrowing a certain part...it gets me hooked after that...to the author hoping here that this story will be choosen so that us readers can continue indulging ourselves on this amazing story. Kudos to the author.

I liked this book a lot but was disappointed that the rest of the characters didn't get a complete ending. We don't know if they ever saw their 1st born son again after he acsended. We don't know if the king ever married the dragon lady. Did the immortal guy ever find a new love or did he live alone forever . There are too many unanswered questions which made the story a bit disappointing for me.
this story is really good but I think it would be better if there's a second book or season 2 of this story. We didn't know what happened to the crown prince and the Dao after he ascended. Gu yunjing should have a partner and then what will happen if Gu bailu will also ascend to heavenly cliff. I believe the story should have reached atleast to 2000 chapters.
I'm quite hesitant to review this bad because I did enjoy it up til a point (as of chapters 500++). While I understand that the female lead is confused and eager to know about her past, she's constantly doubting and in almost complete distrust of the male lead despite how much time they've spent together and instead chooses to trust someone else she barely knows and only consider that perspective and readily thinks the worst of the male lead who has done so much. I understand her not trusting him completely, but she never talked it out with him, never reveals her own thoughts to him but expects him to do everything for her. Constantly does things to test him and expects him to be at her beck and call but doesn't reciprocate. I cannot bring myself to enjoy a character like that. But the story in itself is funny so it was enjoyable. Will leave another review once this novel is complete! Will do my best follow this book despite my dislike, cos I do like the other characters
I love the ideas within the story...but having the FL sexually harassed, the ML raped, FL "destined" for the ML who is straight up creepy and possessive really is disturbing. reading about rape and sexual harassment is one thing...but to try and put it as they are destined lovers and push aside the fact that they disrespected each other is very disturbing.
