Chapter 03: What does an skeleton need?

{Mhh So I'll start as an skeleton doesn't sound really appealing but so what? I better just accept it and move on.} I thought to myself seeing how I don't even have the ability to talk.

For the last fifteen minutes Abel had a mental breakdown. [Hell] is abso-fucking-lutly dangerous.

Like come on, he just saw now one Skeleton got his crunched down by some Rat-Monster, another one just got stepped on and another one was just walking as the earth he was walking on just blew up under his feet and destroyed his bony ass.

If this is how [Hell] is then it leaves little to wonder why no one wants to stay here.

After doing his best to calm down and take a breath in an metaphorical sense, seeing how he had no lungs he finally somehow calmed down.

{I better try to test my [Skills] and see how they work. I had ten skills, meaning I am quite OP or should be cause they're good ones at that.}

[Skill list:]

• [Gods Domain] (Rank: SSS+)

• [Third eye of truth and deception] (Rank: SSS-)

• [Devils Contract] (Rank: SSS-)

• [Forbidden Knowledge] (Rank: S)

• [Mind reading] (Rank: A-)

• [Drain] (Rank: B)

• [Illusion Domain] (Rank: D)

• [Luck Domain] (Rank: D)

• [Poison Domain] (Rank: D)

• [Claws] (Rank: E+)

• [Bloody Chains] (Rank: E+)

• [Bond] (Rank: none)

{What is that last one? Is it that guys gift of knowledge?}

Two hours later.

Two more hours later.

Four additional hours later.

{What a load of crap is this? I can't activate most of them. I somehow know all the necessary information about the Skills maybe because of that [Forbidden Knowledge] but why do these skills have requirements? Come on how can a noob survive if there are requirements.}

After a total of eight hours Abel realised that for most of his Skills he was lacking something.

He had no eyes so the Skill [Third eye of truth and deception] was unusable.

He had no brain which functions as the medium for [Mind Reading].

He had no blood which functions as the medium for [Bloody Chains].

He had no one to make deals with so [Devils Contract] was pretty much useless but it looked amazing how he could conjure a sheet of Paper made out of flames.

[Gods Domain] had only a radius of around one meter with him as the center but damn did it feel good to be the center of this little circle.

[Bond] just showed him a red line leading into the horizon probably leading to his brother.

So all

He could actually use were the [Drain], [Claws], the three domains of luck, poison and illusion.

The [Luck domain] had a radius of 50 meters and would siphon other beings luck towards himself and this is why those poor skeletons meet such gruelling ends.

The [Poison Domain] was comparatively smaller with a radius of 10 meters all living and breathing beings would slowly get poisoned.

Starting slowly by showing symptoms such as having a difficulty to breath and finally reaching up to the point of suffocation based on their resistance.

[Illusion Domain] was by far the complicated one he had to visualise what he wanted others to see and the radius was only 5 meters. At the moment he could just recreate a scene just a few meters away.

The other two skills were also somewhat crap like come on as if a weak ass skeleton would opt for melee fight and then use [Drain] or [Claws].

Abel didn't even understand how his body was even able to move or how much it could endure.

There was no explanation about his body or his needs inside his mind, meaning that guy didn't even bother thinking about what kind of needs an skeleton has.
