"Huh!" not only Veline but everyone was confused with her soothing tone. It felt like she would cry any moment.

"How could I punish such a talented young man? You should be rewarded instead." she said with a smile when the boy blinked.

But he realized that he was staring at the girl again and instantly bowed his head.

He did not want to be impudent, but the girl looked just like a fairy, so he could not keep his eyes away from her.

How could someone be so beautiful and adorable? And did she say reward? He never had a reward in his life..

He wondered if he could ask for a good and warm meal. He was tired of eating that cold broth with stale bread!
