"How did you sneak in?"  she asked in a cold tone as her eyes sank on his face when he looked around to make sure that no one was here.

"This is not the right place to talk. Come with me!" Before she could object, he held her hands and dragged her away from there.

She was amazed at how he was well aware of the structure of the whole palace and instantly found the stairs that lead to the terrace.

The place should be heavily guarded but she only saw dew knights that were also sleeping.

The security was indeed too lousy. She had to ask her father to fire these guards and bring new guards that did not sleep while doing duty.

But even Reynold was not around! After the incident with Tia, he had always sticked to her as if they were glued.

She continued to look around and scan the area as she let herself get dragged by him. 

He only stopped when they reached the desolated place on the roof of  the palace but kept holding her hands.
