Both Vlad and his opponent sized each other, Vlad already knew that this was not an easy fight.

The man also seemed to acknowledge Vlad's strength as he spoke.

"My name is Felix Walton." he introduced himself.

"My name is Vlad Tepes," Vlad replied as he nodded.

This was the first time, Vlad had ever told his full name to anyone.

Without sharing any other words, Felix brandished his katana and pointed it towards Vlad.

Vlad similarly took out his katana and prepared to perform the blocking stance of the basic sword technique.

Felix quickly sprinted towards Vlad and performed 3 consecutive attacks, Vlad quickly blocked the first 2 strikes, but his hands were already shaking, the strength behind these strikes was remarkable.

He quickly switched from the blocking stance to the dodging stance, squeezing his body Vlad avoided the last attack.

'Although the speed wasn't great, the strength behind it is incredible, my evasion stance will be enough to avoid all of the strikes.' Vlad thought.

(Authors note: Changing the name from dodging stance to evasion stance, sounds more likable.)

As Vlad dodged his next few attacks, Felix got rather impatient as he changed his attack pattern from 3 strikes to 4.

Although the attack pattern became more complex and stronger, Vlad was still able to easily evade the attacks, albeit he was starting to get a couple of cuts around his body.

Vlad had been practicing with a core creation realm cultivator, so he was easily able to avoid the attacks, but Vlad knew he couldn't always dodge, he also needed to attack, but before that Vlad would like to tire Felix out.

Several minutes passed and Vlad continued to dodge Felix's attack, Felix was also getting impatient and his expression was that full of anger and ridicule, his previous respect had completely vanished.

Vlad noticing Felix getting tired switched to the counter-attack stance, Vlad tried to incorporate his evasion and counter-attack stance, dodging the strike and attacking with a quick thrust towards Felix's heart.

Felix suddenly smirked, like a hunter whose prey had fallen into its trap, he got into a defensive stance and easily blocked Vlad's attack, Felix suddenly brandished his sword and performed a new technique, this was the same technique as before, but now it incorporated a total of 5 strikes.

Vlad tried to quickly change his stance to the evading stance, Vlad was barely able to avoid 3 strikes because he was caught off guard. Vlad knew he couldn't evade the next attack, so he switched to the blocking attack, as Vlad blocked the 4th attack, his hands became numb with the strength of the attack, Vlad already knew he would not be able to block the next attack.

Vlad quickly tried to think of a method, when suddenly an idea popped into his head, he quickly sheathed his katana and grabbed his golden spear as he performed the 3rd stance of the Wrathful spear technique.

Bam!!

A loud boom echoed throughout the arena as the spear and sword collided and dust rose from the floor, Vlad and Felix, both stood in the arena side to side as they looked at each other.

Vlad had indeed made the correct decision, the strength of this attack was terrifying if he tried to block it he would have lost the fight.

Both the 3rd stance of the wrathful spear and the 5th stance of Felix's elephant sword technique was of similar power.

Vlad quickly followed up with again performing the 3rd stance, quickly approaching Felix, Vlad aimed his spear for his neck, the spear made a screeching noise as it tours through the air in insanely fast speed, Felix again performed his defensive stance and blocked the golden spear although barely, he had already run out of stamina and was on his last legs.

Vlad not wanting to give him a chance again prepared the 3rd stance when suddenly Felix spoke.

"I have lost..."
