14 LIZZIE

The next morning came so fast that even Mia lost track of time and woke up late around 12:00PM.

As soon as she woke up, she quickly took her bathe and wore the clothes prepared for her by Aunt Mary, and went downstairs.

It was Saturday and Eden had a urgent meeting so he went early.

He didn't wake his little wife since he could tell she was very tired. Isabella was in her study taking lessons from her home school teacher.

coming downstairs Mia walked towards the kitchen and saw Aunt Mary, "good morning Aunt Mary."

Seeing Mia, Aunt Mary smiled and said, "oh good morning Mia, how was your night."

Mia said, "it was fine thank you, uumm has Eden left for work yet."

Hearing that, Aunt Mary said, "yes, he left around 9:00AM this morning, he said we shouldn't disturb you since you were really tired, and wait until you wake up."

Hearing that, Mia couldn't help but blush. Did Eden really say that, she didn't know he cared so much about her, "ok thanks, what about Isabella."

Aunt Mary said, "Isabella is in her study, her home school teacher is here and she is being thought."

Hearing that, Mia knew that for the whole day she was gonna be free, with that in mind she smiled, being a wife and a mother wasn't easy.

Mia ate her food, went to see Isabella before driving off, she had somethings she had to do today, and someone really important she had to visit.

In the Ziti estate, one of Graceland most luxurious estate. Mia parked her car in front of a luxurious condo, came outside and entered the house.

The condo belonged to Mia's best-childhood friend, 'Lizzie'

Mia and Lizzie has been friends since they were kids and they have remained friends till now.

Lizzie's family is the owner of one of the most popular and exceptional fashion brand in the whole Graceland, which meant Lizzie was very Rich, and being the only daughter of her family she enjoyed alot and so did Mia.

At the age of 27, she established her own fashion industry which has been flourishing well the past year and is becoming more famous everyday.

Mia didn't know what she would have done without Lizzie. Without Lizzie's help, Mia won't have became an actress today.

Lizzie was the one who sponsored her and everything she did. Mia was really happy to have someone like Lizzie as a Friend.

Hearing the sound of the doorbell, Lizzie came out thinking it was a deliver person but her eyes widened in shock when she saw who it was.

Seeing Mia, Lizzie was just about turn around and walk away, but she was pulled back by Mia, "c'mon Lizzie, don't be like this."

Lizzie said, "what do you mean don't be like this, do I Know you. Have we met before, because I don't know you. the Mia I Know has been missing for the past week so technically I don't know you."

Mia said, "Lizzie I know you are angry at me, but I have a good explanation. so just please hear me out."

"(says angryly) what stupid excuse are you gonna give me for not even calling or talking to me for the past week."

"I have been looking for you everywhere, I went to your house, your old apartment and to Denny's, but I couldn't find you."

Mia said, "of course you couldn't find me, you don't know what I have been through."

"ohh so now it's my fault, I'm the reason."

"it's not your fault and you aren't the reason, it's all because if Anna."

hearing Anna's name, Lizzie calmed down a bit and said "what do you mean by that."

"it's a long story so before u explain, please have a seat your highness." Mia said teasingly, saying that she urged Lizzie to take a sheet on the couch."

finally seated, Lizzie then said"now explain, what does Anna have to do with you going missing for the past week."

inhaling, Mia said" well it all started like this....."

after Mia was done explaining how she and her mom and siblings were thrown out of the house, and how she was kidnapped and sold to the black market, and finally how she was bought by the handsome Evil CEO, and is now his wife and mother to his child.

Lizzie couldn't help to sob, she didn't know her friend has been through alot, and here she was being selfish because she never contacted her. how would a person who didn't have a home, and was sold to the black market be able to call anyone.

she was also angry at her self, that the fact that Mia was kidnapped in the first place was because of her, assuming Mia wasn't coming to her place, she wouldn't have been kidnapped in the first.

going closer to her friend, Lizzie hugged her tight and said"I'm sorry for all I said, I was really worried and angry you didn't want to talk to me again, place forgive me."

hugging her friend back, Mia said"there is no need to be sorry, I'm happy to have someone who cares alot about me, like you do."

holding her friends hand, Lizzie said"so you are now his wife right."

"yes I am."

"tell me is he treating you well, I Know he did help you and aunt, but don't forget he is a man feared the everywhere in Graceland, I hope he isn't mistreating you."

smiling Mia said"you know I also thought the same, I was getting myself ready to receive beatings and others, but he isn't like what people describe him to be, he is good to me and don't forget, he loves his daughter alot. he might be called the Evil CEO, but he is a good husband and a good father."

smiling Lizzie said"I'm happy to hear that, although I don't wish for you to spend the rest with a man you only mer three days ago, I still want you to be happy."

"I am happy, I have everything I have ever wanted. My mom is happy, my sister is attending the best school in all Graceland, my brother is about to have a surgery and I have a sweet daughter and rich husband. what else is there to ask for, I have been blessed with something all the women even more beautiful and rich than me as ever wanted, and you think I'm sad 'no way'."

"(sighs) I'm just happy to see you happy (laughs)so tell me, have you two done it yet."

"done what." finally realizing what she meant, Mia face turned red and said, 

"why is everybody just asking me this, no we haven't done anything. (sighs) I told him, that u want to take things slow ok."

laughing Lizzie said, "ok-ok, I understand. then if you haven't done anything, why is your face so red."

"stop teasing me already." pouting her lips, Mia then said, "common are you busy, my rich husband told me to go shopping today, but I can't go by myself, do you want to come along."

Smiling Lizzie said, "what type of stupid question is that, who won't be happy to spend her best friend's husband money, wait here let me go get dressed."

Saying that Lizzie stood up and went to her room to go get dressed, leaving Mia in the living room by herself.

watching her best friend walk away, Mia couldn't help but think how happy she was to have someone like Lizzie in her life.
