Chapter 9: Elias
Its around the same summer, the happy young and delicate Shine Dilbung. Hand to hand with her mother and father going for vacation at Bali. Like those of the sweet dream that tends to remain forever, its the only memory she have ever remember of being herself, laughing, playful and happy. Not long after when she grew up and fall as rape victim, the view for her and feeling from her father changes. Its like he sees her daughter as some kind of bugs. There the curse begin. Her father turns into a crazy hypocritical person, the domestic violence can't be stop. But as she somehow try harder to over come her anxiety and depression until she saw her mother being a prostitute beside her father.
The little world of Dilbung happiness shattered and merge into the thin air, as long as she breath she can't forget the sense of being conquered by the drakness. Trying for countless suicidal over and over, but always find herself at hospital, its hopeless. Countless of drug prescription from her psycology doctor. Life is not hard for her but the fate is torturing her, mentally and physically.
Hospital.
When Dilbung wake up she was on the patient room being injected with IV drip.
" Granny": gaps Dilbung as she plug off the injection and tryna went out.
" Dilbung, are you alright?": suddenly a woman came in through the door.
" Ahh, I'm Aunt Tete, i stayed at your neighbor, your granny and me use to get along a lot. So, take rest I'll look after your granny so take rest, granny's gonna be alright they says she will regain her conscious after few days.": said worriedly as Aunt Tete hold Dilbung hand and pat gently.
Dilbung cried hugging Aunt Tete, she can't bare the reality. She wish it to be just her bad dream that she dream of only sometime.
On the other hand, Angus rush up at Dilbung house. When he find out no one is home, almost out of breath from running, a rapid heart beat like he's gonna exploid in a moment. The unpicked up called made him more freak out and restless. Grinning over the phone, taking out his anger punching on the wall. He is freaking crazy for that moment.
" Dilbung!": he shout out.
Trip.
" Yah!. Where have you been?": shout Amy as she grab Andie's hand.
" You brat. Did you know Shine Dilbung already left?": continue Amy.
" Why? What? What happen?": asked worriedly as she grabbed at up at Amy shoulders.
" I don't know, she just called me crying and all, i can't hear that well too. But Angus ran after her. Isn't it odd?.": said Amy.
Andie just sigh, yet a heavy feeling. But consoling herself thinking it might be just a fight between Angus and Dilbung. She wish she have never came there from the first place. She is too blinded about the situation.
Burr~burr~
" I'm still waiting for you at your gate.". A message from Angus.
As Dilbung look it, she haved his misscalled for then 60 times plus all those message asking her that if she is alright, about her whereabout, over and again.
Tring~ tring.
" Don't wait i won't come home today. Thank you Angus. So go bacK": a reply back from Dilbung. He sigh over the phone thanking for the reply even though he wanna know about her place she is staying up, even though he wanna talk over about her feeling, he just hold back everything thinking as long as she din't ignore him its okay.
Brr~brr~
"Okay. I will come again tomorrow." reply from Angus.
" Fool": Dilbung mummered to herself with a faintly smile over her face yet a souless expression.
Later.
" Are you sure you will be alright by yourself?": said Aunt Tete as she get worried over Dilbung condition but says she will stayed over her home all alone.
" Thank you, Aunty": said Dilbung in a low tone hiding her face behind her hair.
Being alone in a big and empty house, she's finding deficult in breathing yet crying there all alone seating over the couch. She don't know what to do anymore. Its just too painful she can't accept her reality. As if mourning over someone dead she mourn in a bitter feeling. She is too exhausted, as she fall asleep being sobs over the couch.
Ring~
The door bell wake her up, with a swollen and red eyes being hiding her hair, open up the door.
" HI!. My mom tell to take some side dish for you": a guy said in a warmth voice as he point his finger over the neighbour house, yet smiling at her.
A guy in a casual dress up, with those dye hair in green, width shoulders being perfect for those height. Stand there with some tiffins being pack up. Dilbung invite him as she knew he is Aunt Tete son. Since she also don't want to feel bad just by taking from Aunty, Dilbung pack up some fruits from fridges. And give it to aunt Tete son.
" Thank you, convey to Aunty.": said as she hand over the fruit.
With a smile he take it, he get amused being seeing a girl as weird like Shine Dilbung. He just fine somthing lovely within him.
" Called me Elias or anything else you want. Then bye and thanks for the fruits. Goodnight, Dalbunga.": leave the place, smiling at her.
" What's wrong with him": sigh Dilbung.
