3 First Eye Contact
Arjun's Pov
I woke up at 6:00 am to get ready as the mahurat is at 9:30 am. And Karthick came to my room to get ready.
"Hey Karthick, did Anitha and Swetha started to get ready?" I asked.
"Yeah, they woke up at 5:00 am. You know right that girls and their makeup. And they told me to get my ass out of that room at that time itself. That's why I came to make my friend as the best groom, what say?" Karthick smirked.
"I don't need your help. So, You can use my room to groom yourself to make our Anitha fall for you, what say?" Now it is my time to smirk at him.
"You know right that how much I love her Arjun, but I can't able to propose her as I am scared of her rejection," He shared his feeling with me and I nodded.
"Try to know her feelings dude, then you can propose to her. Now get your ass up and help me with this dhoti," I told him to cheer up.
After that, I got ready in dhoti and shirt as it is our tradition to wear at mahurat. And Karthick also got ready with his sherwani.
"Arjun, I told you that Swetha was looking gloomy, till last night right. But from the morning she is very much excited and happy. And I don't understand her drastic change," He told me like he felt something fishy there.
"Don't think much, Karthick. Maybe yesterday she missed her family eventually got excited with the happy surrounding. So, don't get disturbed with all these things," I replied to him.
He looked like that he is not satisfied with my answer, but he eventually let it go as my mom called me for the rituals.
After some rituals, I got seated in front of the holy fire and started to do as per the priest's words. At the same time, My eyes are searching for that person after 15 years. I know this is wrong, but I can't do anything in this matter.

Kamiya's Pov
I woke up at 6:30 am and got ready in my red Anarkali churidar at 8:00 am. And then we locked our home and started our journey to the marriage hall in an OLA car. I am very nervous inside, but I keep smiling to don't show my feeling to others.
We reached the marriage hall at 8:20 am as there is no traffic in the morning. In the entrance itself, mom and dad introduced me to uncle, aunty, and Dharani.
I got the blessing from his parents and started to speak with Dharani. And she is very cute and childish, then we started speaking about our college, studies, office, friends, etc...
After some time mom asked me and Dharani to get some plates from Ramya aunty as she is doing some work on the stage. Then only, I have realized that I didn't even enter the hall for now.
We entered the hall and It is the A/c one. Then I have started to see all the decorations around the hall. I liked this hall and I want my marriage hall to be like this.
Kami not again, don't distract yourself.
At the same time, Dharani called me from the stage, "Kamiya, come here to take the plates,"
I turned to the stage side and got struck.
Yeah, you guys got it right, there he is sitting in front of the holy fire. And he also turned at the same time as mine.

After that, I convinced Dharani that we will stand at the entrance itself and will welcome everybody. Because I know that I will not control my feeling around him inside the hall and that is wrong.
He is going to get married in a few hours. And here I am dreaming about him.
So bad, kami. I am being a bad girl nowadays. Something is wrong with me.
This is not me. Oh my god, get over him Kami. At the same time, Dharani went from there saying that Prakash uncle is calling her inside and she will join me in some time.
Kami, don't think about him. I am becoming mad because of him.
When I was thinking all this, my mom came and take me to the floor where so many rooms are present. And my Dad is waiting there for us.
Mom and Dad have a very serious expression. And I know something is wrong now.
"What happened Daddy?" I asked him.
But Dad didn't answer my question, but take me to one of the rooms.
Then, there I saw uncle, aunty, Dharani, Arjun and some more people whom I don't know.
Now, I know something big is going to happen as I predicted.

Arjun's Pov
When I am sitting in front of the holy fire, I heard Dharani calling Kamiya and I turned immediately to her side.
I gasped at my sight. There is my Kamiya. She is much more beautiful than my imagination.
She is not fair like Vidya, but she looks more beautiful to me. And I can't compare my Kamiya with any other. For me, she is the most beautiful girl in my life.
Her eyes, what an eyes man. Her eyes are having some magnetic power because I can't take my eyes off her.
We are staring at each other. And I am very happy that I am affecting her as much as she is affecting me.
And then she left the stage after Dharani called her to get some plates. After that, I am searching like a maniac with my eyes to locate her in the crowd, but she is not here. Where the hell, did she go?
After some time, Dad came and called me to come with him but the priest told me not to get up from my place. But Dad told him something silently in his ears and brought me to my room.
My family and friends, all are there in the room. Now, I know something is definitely not right.
At the same time, Manogar uncle, Sumathi aunty, and Kamiya came inside. And she got nervous after seeing all of us but immediately she made her face like she is not affected by all this.
What is happening here? Why is everyone getting assembled here? Oh my god, my mind is going to burst with all these thoughts.

Author's Pov
"Arjun, come here," Prakash called and Arjun went to stand in front of his father. Then only, he noticed that Amirtha is silently crying in the room. Immediately he tried to reach her, but Prakash held his hands and told him not to with his eyes.
"What happened Dad? Why did you call me now?" Arjun asked, but Prakash placed one folded paper in Dharani's hand and asked her to read it aloud to know why we all are here.
Dharani started to read that paper aloud.
"Hi Arjun,
This will be very shocking to you, but this is a reality. I can't sacrifice my life for you. Yes, I am not interested in marrying you, but you will be confused that why I am saying this now.
Before that, you have to know something about me. I don't have any serious past relationship, but my family is lower middle class. So, I love to live a luxurious life that's why I accepted to marry you. And I thought you will give me the life I want.
But, yesterday night only I got to know that you are already a loser in the business as you have failed thrice then how can you make me happy? You can't able to start and handle your own company then how can you manage your dad's company? I am sure you will be a loser in that too.
And I don't need a loser as my husband. Sorry if you felt humiliated, but this is true. Since my family also understood my situation, we are leaving.

Amirtha and Ramya started crying loudly after hearing this. Dharani and Sumathi tried to console them, but they are also crying inside for Arjun's condition.
Arjun's friends don't know what to do? In all this, someone is smiling after hearing everything. Yes, there is one black sheep in that room. Because of that person only, Arjun is facing this situation. We will come to know about that person in the future.
Kamiya is staring at Arjun like she wants to feel his pain. Like she wants to stand with him in this situation, but she doesn't know how to do that?
Kamiya is very angry at Vidya for humiliating Arjun like this. She doesn't know why but she has hope that her Arjun will become a great businessman. And she wants to humiliate Vidya with his success.
In all this, Arjun is staring at the wall and thinking something deeply. He is hurt, but he doesn't want to show that.
After some time, he shouted, "Everyone please stop crying.
There is nothing to cry now. We all have to be happy that I didn't get married to that gold digger. And also I am not humiliated with her words, because she is no one to me and I didn't lose my hope for now," Arjun let his breath as a relief at the end of his talk.
On the other side, Kamiya is admiring him and his talk. But that black sheep is glaring at Arjun as he is not affected by this.
At last, Prakash started to speak "Arjun, we don't lose our hope on you, but if this marriage is not happening means our reputation will be down. And we don't want that,"
"So, we have decided something. Kamiya, you have hope on us right. That whatever we will do, it will be for your good only," Manogar asked Kamiya and she nodded with a scared expression that why Manogar is asking her this?
"So we have fixed your marriage with the Arjun today. And we know you won't disappoint us," Manogar asked them a question with this statement.
Arjun and Kamiya are shocked at this.
And everyone's eyes are on those two perple who don't know what to do?
You guys will think that they will be excited or happy right, but no, those two are sad and scared about this.
Arjun is not happy about this arrangement because he thought that Kamiya will also think of him as a loser. She will hate him if he marries her. He can't imagine her eyes with the hate for him.
Kamiya is also not happy with this arrangement because she thought this relationship is the forced one for Arjun. she is afraid of his hate after marriage. And she thinks it will be a disaster for both.
At last, Arjun and Kamiya both said "No," at the same time.
