all that could be heard was a non stop horn of neera's car.a truck had crashed into neera's car .

people standing near were all taken aback to help a young man went running near the car calling for ambulance trying to open the crushed car's door there neera was laying with open eyes which looked lifeless.

an increasing noise of ambulances could be heard, neera was taken to the hospital. after some time neera's family was informed they rushed to the hospital worried her mother was crying uncontrollably blaming herself for calling her while driving. they were informed that Neera had a major concussion and might have short-term memory loss and she will wake up in 2-3 days. neera's mother was looking at neera lying on the bed sobbing and holding her hand , her family was trying to comfort her slowly everyone left to go home only her mother and father stayed in the room on the second day neera woke up and looked at her mother confused and asked her why she was crying , her mother told her she had a car accident but neera said no amma I did not have a car accident I can't drive appa didn't teach me how to drive .

neera's parents looked at her with confusion when the doctor came in and examined her and then asked her parents to come into his office the doctor told that Neera has forgotten the memories of the past few years and it is possible to regain them but not to put too much pressure on her regain those.

Mr. and Mrs. Patel returned to Neera's room with a heavy heart and sat there trying to hide their tears, neera's brother came to visit her neera started acting weird bickering with her brother like kids and this angered her brother who was so angry that he almost slapped neera when Mr. patel grabbed him by the coller and took him outside to tell him the situation and asked him to leave for now as the doctor asked them that neera should have no problem when the incident was reported to the doctor he ran a few tests on neera and concluded that her mental memories were of a teenager that is she doesn't remember anything of past 5 years .
