1 Chap 1 –Nothing Changed.

My name is Albert Tonhaed, at least that's the name I was given after I reincarnated in this body.

The day before I went to school, I remembered my past life memories.

My old name was Euzébio, a poor boy.

My days at this school were the worst, I was always bullied for being poor and not looking good, until one day I got sick and died, but I was reincarnated as Albert.

When I looked in the mirror, I could see that I looked and lived differently from what I was used to.

Albert had red hair and blue eyes. Although he was thin, he looked like a healthy boy of about 16 years old. His expression was serious, almost sad and kind.

"Your food is ready, master."

The maid opened the door.

As far as I know, she is Albert's personal servant, and her name is Amanda.

Amanda is a 16 year old girl with black hair and red eyes.

At first, she hated her eyes, but then she met Albert and started to be proud of them because they were the same color as his hair.

She has a very strong will and an attractive personality, she also likes cooking and is a master chef in the kitchen.

Amanda is always by Albert's side and helps him any way she can, even if that means getting in trouble on purpose just so she can protect him.

I don't know why my soul chose to reincarnate in this body but I am grateful.

"Please eat slowly."

Amanda looked at me with concern and asked.

I didn't want to hurt her feelings so I ate slower than normal.

After finishing my meal, we went out to the garden to talk.

"Master, you are missing something important. You need to put some clothes on before you go outside."

Amanda looked at me with a serious face.

She would always take care of Albert, no matter how old he was.

This is a dream come true, I finally have someone to talk to.

At dinner, I sat next to Amanda.

Albert's family treats her as if she were part of them even though she is employed.

"Are you excited for school tomorrow?" my Father asked.

"Yea." I answered.

Albert's parents were a war officer and a teacher.

Both parents didn't have much time for their son, so Amanda had to take care of his education.

She taught herself everything so she could teach Albert.

Everyone in the family was touched by this, and she was put in charge of Albert.

"Do you know what to expect on your first day at the academy?"

I nodded.

"Then go get ready for bed, Master."

Amanda held my hand and pulled me towards the room.

We climbed up the stairs to my room where we got changed into our pajamas and laid down on the beds.

Once again, I fell asleep in Amanda's arms.

In the morning, Amanda woke me up by holding my hand.

I looked at her and smiled.

"Good morning."

"Did you sleep well, Master?"

"Yes."

As we walked downstairs, the maids gave us a warm welcome.

"Let's go get breakfast," Amanda said.

"What would you like today?" a maid asked.

"I'll take the usual, please."

"Okay, then I'll make you a big meal."

"Thank you."

After eating breakfast, I took a bath and waited for class to start.

The school I was going to attend was called Ridrobmond, and it was known for its teaching of magic.

Even though I had magic, what I liked most about this world was that I could finally have a happy life.

Amanda went to the same school as me, but she was a year above me because she was smarter.

"See you at lunchtime, Master," said Amanda.

"Sure thing."

Classes began and a girl came up to me and introduced herself.

"Hi, I'm Susan. Do you mind if I sit next to you?"

Susan was a beautiful girl with long blonde hair and hazelnut colored eyes. She wore a uniform similar to mine, but hers had a blue ribbon instead of red.

I shook her hand.

"Hello, I'm Albert. Nice to meet you."

We both sat down and talked during class.

"You seem really nice, I hope we can be friends."

She might be my first friend at school.

Finally after so long.

I found a letter on my desk after lunch.

When I opened it, I found that it was a romantic letter.

I checked the name to make sure it was for me.

After I confirmed, I read it.

The letter asked me to wait when I left.

I looked around to see if anyone else had received one, but no one did.

When I finished reading, I turned back to the letter.

It told me to wait at the place indicated on the map in the letter.

A date was written underneath the direction.

My heart started beating faster, I could feel my whole body heating up.

I was confused on who the sender was, but decided to go anyway.

After arriving at the location, I saw a small house near a forest.

I waited for hours, but no one arrived.

I had the same prank in my past life, so I should have suspected.

I decided to leave after waiting for a while.

As I left, I felt a strange feeling in my chest.

Maybe I felt relieved that I was able to go home.

I told myself not to think about the incident anymore and headed back to my home.

Nothing changed in my school life.

I'm glad I have Amanda to talk to.
