Their First Meeting
"So… this was not a real marriage," the man concluded after a few seconds of circling around her. "Yet, it does not explain the fact that he drank your blood. Hmmmm…."
"Please leave me alone," Eve struggled to talk. She could not move, her mind was beginning to turn hazy. "I do not remember offending you." The man was powerful, even more powerful than the demons that she met in both of her lifetimes!
"So…. A human who won the courtship and married a vampire prince," the man ignored her plea. Again, he was looking at her as if she was some sort of a new object. "He agreed to marry you, drink your blood but did not consummate your marriage. Perhaps he does not prefer women but needs a woman by his side to convince his king. Was it politics? Is that it?"
Eve did not know what to say anymore.
"Alright, you can move." The man uttered after seeing her struggle to breathe. "What a weakling…."
