"Do you believe in hell?" Eve asked.

Eve snorted at that. "I apologize for not informing you of my plans in advance. It was wrong of me to assume that you wanted surprises."

He chuckled in response. "What are you going to do now?" Max said as he took a wineglass and stared at the scarlet liquid inside it.

"Just wait..." Eve uttered. "Would you believe me if I told you that this was not Seraphina's plan? At least this was not a part of her plan."
