"I trust that she did not harm you?" Maximilian awaited Eve outside of the Queen's Palace when she left. She immediately smiled and shook her head.

"Why would she harm me?" She only threatened her. That was not exactly a big deal, right?

Max only smiled in response. Then he suddenly lean down and kiss her in the cheek. "Are you tired?" he asked as they boarded the carriage.

"Not yet."

"Then shall we go somewhere?" Max suggested.

"Where?" she asked.

"It would not be as fun if I told you…"

Eve smiled but said nothing else. Soon, the carriage started moving and not long after, it came to a halt.

"Change into these," the Prince handed her some clothing. She immediately arched an eyebrow as she stared at the ordinary-looking trousers and shirt.
