The once-stable terrain morphed into a viscous morass, trapping her in its clutches. The ground quivered and squelched beneath her struggling form, refusing to relinquish its hold. Each frantic attempt to extricate herself only seemed to deepen her entrapment.
Eve's heart pounded in her chest as she desperately sought a way to escape the clutches of this treacherous predicament.
