Eve's frown deepened as she received the disconcerting news of the Shadow Hunters' retreat. Those individuals were known for their fearlessness, daring to infiltrate Imperion and encircle a prince's estate with powerful enchantments. And yet, they had chosen to withdraw on their own accord.

"What could have possibly transpired?" Eve wondered aloud, her mind racing to unravel the mystery. She turned to Casimir, who had delivered the news to her. "Where is he?" she inquired, referring to the prince.

"His Highness had to attend to a matter of utmost importance. He requested that you remain in his room for the time being," Casimir responded.
