-[ cafeteria during lunch ]-

~When do you think a dream will start? Right after you fell asleep? Or right after you close your eyes? How can it be so short eventhough you already slept for a few hours… I keep having this useless thoughts when I'm alone... Call it daydreaming or whatever you want… I just hope that one of my dream can show me the past me… I want to beat himmmmmmmm so bad…~

RYUGA : Arggggggggggghhh!!

AIKO : Why the hell are you shouting? Are you sick?

RYUGA : Aiko, tell me, do I have a girlfriend before?

AIKO : Huh? You? Hahahaha, impossible you know, no one like a lonely person like you.

RYUGA : I'm super handsome, you know. It's weird if I didn't have one or two girl to like me.

AIKO : What's the problem of not having one, it's not like getting a girlfriend can make you happier than now. Besides, you've got me here with you. Don't you feel lucky having this beauty by your side all the time?

RYUGA : Aren't you thinking too highly of yourself, Aiko?

AIKO : What I'm saying is a fact you know, don't you see the boys over there? They all look like idiots whenever I throw my charm.

RYUGA : What do you mean by charm?

AIKO : Let's see, my body shape, my long legs, a sweet smell from my hair.. and this pair of ..... (showing some specific place)

* Aiko excitedly describing herself and suddenly "BAMMMM" * (the sound of Ryuga hitting Aiko's head with a book)

RYUGA : There's nothing great about you, stupid. Stop doing something like that Aiko, people will have a wrong thought about us.

AIKO : Ouchh, that's hurt, what did I do to receive that hit. Hurm!! I'm just showing my love to you, okay!?

* Aiko reply while rubbing her head and her eyes are full of tears. *

RYUGA : What love? You want to taste this once more?

AIKO : I'm just joking okay, don't be that serious. Why don't you just go look for a girlfriend then if you think you are so good looking?

RYUGA : Well, there's a girl that caught my attention but I don't know what's her name.

AIKO : Is she one of the students here?

RYUGA : Yes. I'm sure because her outfit is the same as the girls' outfit in our school.

AIKO : Do you remember how she looks like?

RYUGA : No, I was half asleep that time, and she come to the rooftop for lunch. It was unfortunate that she saw me laying there, she didn't get to finish her lunch and she look down when she saw me maybe out of shyness. Then, she left. She must be a shy person.

AIKO : Emm, that's hard if you don't have any other specific information about her.

RYUGA : Ouh I remember, her lunchbox was so cute, looks like a panda's face. I guaranteed she's a beauty, that has a shy personality. Based on her lunch box, she must be cute too, only a cute person use something like that.

AIKO : Well our school isn't that big, I'll let you know if I found a girl like what you described.

RYUGA : OMG Aiko, I love you so much, thank youu.

* Ryuga's both hands hold Aiko's hands. Aiko seems blush but stay calm and move her hands away naturally. *

AIKO : Well it's not that much, I'm full already, wanna go get some juice?

RYUGA : Sure, let's go.

- At class -

~ I was told that Shizu Sensei is a role model for all the teachers at this school. She had all that kind of teacher in her, an idealist, practitioner, rationalist and moderate. She's a beauty too. I will live a happy life if I can marry someone like her some day. Well, I'm lucky enough to be one of her students.~

SHIZU SENSEI : Ryuga, do you hear me?

RYUGA : Yes? No sorry. I didn't get that, I'm sorry but can you repeat it sensei?

*most of the classmates chuckle *

SHIZU SENSEI : Nevermind sit down, I just want all of you to focus on what I'm going to say. We will hold a cultural festival at the end of this month, so I want you all to decide what we are going to do at the festival.

AN : Sensei, What about the class representive? Who's gonna handle our class?

SHIZU SENSEI : I have a few names that i think I can let them handle this responsibility. But I wanna hear if you have any suggestion?

* the class goes silent and everyone look at each other *

AIKO : Shizu Sensei, I think Ryuga can carry that responsibility.

* Aiko nd Ryuga look at each other intensely, the students that sit close to them can even feel the tension *

SHIZU SENSEI : What do you say Ryuga? Do you wanna try?

RYUGA : Em, I think that's too much for me.

THE CLASS : We also think Ryuga can do the job well. Thanks for your hardwork, RYUGA.

RYUGA : Guys…..

* Ryuga looks at Aiko and she just smile *

SHIZU SENSEI : Well that's it, for his partner I think Tachibana is suitable for this role.

AIKO : I'm sorry, Shizu Sensei but I have to decline that offer because I'll be busy with my club.

SHIZU SENSEI : Then, anyone else?

YUKIE: I'll be glad to help Ryuga if he don't mind, is that okay Ryuga?

RYUGA : Ouh, sure. Thank you, Suzuha San.

SHIZU SENSEI : I hope everyone can work together under Ryuga Kun and Suzuha Chan. Ryuga meet me at the office after school, okay?

RYUGA : Okay, Shizu Sensei.

* The students are talking to each other right after Shizu Sensei go out. *

KEN : So, what should we do Ryuga?

RYUGA : For the first, I think we should….

YUKIE : We should do a foreign cafe.

RYUGA : *whisper to Suzuha* I think we should ask others for their opinion.

YUKIE : No worries, everyone will like it. Listen everyone, we absolutely should do a cafe. Our class have so many beauties, guys don't you want to see our girls wearing maid's outfits? Imagine some girl as beautiful as Tachibana in maid's outfit.

* Tachibana give a cold expression to Suzuha, Suzuha seems terrified and felt like there's a knife on her neck. Suzuha quickly look away. *

YUKIE : And girls, don't you think guys in our class look attractive in butler suit? They will look fit, and handsome in black suit.

THE CLASS : AGREEEEEEEEEEE LET'S DO A CAFE!

* The class become so hype and want to do it like right now. *

RYUGA : Wow, that's an amazingly fast decision, I thought we are gonna take all day just to decide.

YUKIE : I know right? * Suzuha comes closer to Ryuga and whisper to Ryuga's ear * I also think you'll look very handsome in suit, RYU-GAA-KUN..

* Ryuga blushed and Aiko happen to see that. She has an uncomfortable look on her face and she looks like she's gonna pull Yukie's hair at any time. *

-[ They discussed about the clothes, decoration and where to start, everything's going smoothly as they proceed to discuss about the event]-

* The last period end and the class is over. Students clean their classroom before going back home. *

SIR JOSHUA : Okay, that's all for today.

RYUGA : Finally, it's over. Can't wait to go home.

AIKO : Don't you have something to do with Shizu Sensei after this?

RYUGA : Damn, I almost forget about that. Well then Aiko you should head back home first.

AIKO : I can wait for you here. Go on.

RYUGA : Well then wait for me okay? It shouldn't take too long.

AIKO : If it's too long, I will go back first idiot.

RYUGA : You should.

-After giving the detail about the cafe to Shizu Sensei-

RYUGA : Well then,if there's nothing else, I'll go back first sensei.

SHIZU SENSEI : Thanks for your hardwork, Ryuga Kun. Be careful on your way back home.

* Ryuga bow to Shizu Sensei and leave the room, however when he go upstairs, there's a girl fall down because she tripped and all the paperwork are scattered on the ground. He catch the girl from falling and use his back as a shield when they're hitting the floor. Their eyes meet and it feels like the time stop for moment. They feel like the world is also on their side which make them feel like they are on their own world, no other people, no dramas, no other things that can hurt them. And that feeling cause him to not realize his own head is bleeding.

Then, they quickly sit up and try to avoid each others' eyes. In their head, they keep saying to themselves, "Thank god it's not that bright here, or else he(she) is going to see how red my face is." *

RYUGA : * cough * Erm heyyy, are you okay? Let me help you pick these up.

* Ryuga reply while picking the work papers on the floor. *

YUI : Emm, I'm fine. Thank you.

* She stare at his face and realize his head is bleeding. *

YUI : Stop, look at me.

RYUGA : Huh?

YUI : Come closer. Let me take a look at your head.

RYUGA : I think it's fine you don't have to….

YUI : Stop talking, come with me.

* With uncomfortable look on her face, she check on Ryuga and take him to the school's infirmary as quickly as possible by pulling his hand. Ryuga's face is all red again while looking at his hand that's hold by Yui and once again this feeling cause him to forget about the pain on his head. While putting bandage on his head, her tears slowly come out. Ryuga realise that and he try to comfort her. *

RYUGA : Hey, it's okay, don't cry. It doesn't suit your sweet face.

YUI : I'm sorry, if I'm being careful enough, any of this won't happened. I.. I..

RYUGA : Shushh, please don't cry. You're making me looks like a bad guy right now. Come on, don't cry okay.

YUI : En..

* It became silent between them. *

RYUGA : My name is Kawasaki Ryuga from class 2-C, you can call me Ryuga if you want.

*Ryuga said to break the silence.*

YUI : I'm Hanao Yui..from class 2-A.

RYUGA : Can I call you, Yui?

YUI : Sure, call me anything you prefer.

RYUGA : Then Yui, what about these things you carried?

YUI : Ouh, these are the things that the student council need to prepare for the meeting tomorrow.

RYUGA : Wow that suprised me. You are actually a member of the student council. They shouldn't let you carry all these things by yourself. Look at your hands, they are so small.

YUI : Ha ha, someone did offered to help me but I didn't take it. I'm sorry because of my clumsiness, I cause you trouble.

RYUGA : Nahh, don't think about it anymore. Here, let me help you carry these back.

YUI : Eh, thanks but no need.. I don't want to cause you any more trouble

RYUGA : Then, do you wanna make trouble for others?

YUI: I…

RYUGA : Come, let's go.

YUI : What about your things? Don't you bring your own stuff to school too?

RYUGA : Don't worry about me, my friend must be back already bringing all my stuff since it's already dark.

YUI : Is that so, then I'm sorry to ask you to accompany me back home.

RYUGA : Yoshh, leave it to me.

* The moon is so clear that day and make the light of the star around it fade away. Eventhough the theory said that star actually more bigger than our moon, but because of the charm from the moon, the star just keep sparkling until they slowly disappear from the sight. *

RYUGA : Well then, it's already so late, I'll go back. See you at school tomorrow.

YUI : Sure, thank you very much Ryuga San. Be careful on your way.

~ I wonder what Aiko will cook tonight, I hope she didn't make another miso soup. Maybe she's making curry. There's a complete ingredient for curry at home. Yup she must be making curry~

* He is so shock when he arrived in front of his apartment building, there's no single light both from his room and Aiko's room. He quickly get in and ask the security if he sees Aiko is already back or not. Kagayami San, the old man told him that Aiko isn't back yet because he never leave his place and he don't see Aiko walk by. Ryuga run as fast as he can to go back to school. *

~ Stupid Aiko, didn't you said you will go back if I'm late.~

RYUGA : Aaaiiiikkkoooooooooo, you stupid .

~why are you always waiting for me, why don't you just leave me and go back on your own, why…. I don't even remember who you really are..who are you to me~

* The sound of the door opened and the sound of breath is the only thing that can be heard, the girl is sitting by the window and she is looking at the moon, with a cold low voice Aiko said..*

AIKO : You're late stupid. I'm getting hungry waiting for you.

RYUGA : Aiko... ~ You are the stupid one here.~

* Ryuga look at Aiko with a really disappointed face. He's not disappointed of Aiko, but he's disappointed of his self instead. Aiko just pretend that she didn't see how Ryuga is looking at her and she try to cheer Ryuga up. *

AIKO : Hey hey, I'm really hungry. I need to feed myself too. Let's go home.

*Aiko took his hand and try to take him back, but Ryuga don't move at all and keep standing while lowering his head down to stare at the floor*

RYUGA : *low voice* You should've just left. I might not be coming back you know.

AIKO : I know you will come back, you won't just leave me here aren't you? Hahaha let's go..

RYUGA : That's not what I'm trying to say. I might not come back that day you know, so please don't ever wait for me like that again. You should've…..

* Aiko turn back and hug Ryuga tightly.. Her tears come out.

AIKO : Don't say something like that please… You are the only person I have now… Please don't leave me alone… I'm begging you… I only have you…

~ Arghhh shit, what the heck I'm saying.. What did I just do.. Didn't I promised to never let her make face like that again… what's wrong with me, how can I make her look like that day again. The saddest expression I can't bear to watch, I'm sorry~

* Ryuga hold her tight and stay for a while at the class that night..*

…....anyone can say that she or he will give their life to you, but not everyone can take care of it, once it's in your possession...….. a single star is actually bigger than a thousand of moon at the space...…
