A haiku set:

So i close my eyes,

Thinking i can clear my mind,

For the sixteenth time.

Things you can't take back,

No matter how hard you try,

It's impossible.

So you just sit still,

Dwelling on your own regrets,

Like you can change them.

Sometimes we are blind,

Unable to see the truth,

Even when it's right there.

There's no going back,

An invisible contract,

You cannot escape.

You can only change,

Just repress those memories,

Leave the past behind.

It's better in the end,

You managed to break away,

And you learnt the truth.

caring doesn't help,

instead it just makes you weak,

constant cycle.
