'Concerning the other options, although the 'any size' aspect is very appealing, the minecraft inventory can only make stacks of 64 magic stones, maybe even less, so I'd probably fill it up before the end of the dive.'

'On the other hand, the basic summoning grimoire, although it definitely has the most potential, I feel like it'd take too long to master, on top of it, I only need the storage function for now.'

'Regarding the 25m3 storage ring, I probably won't need to use any unorthodox coins in the near future thus, I'll follow the popular saying: bigger is better.'

'With that being said, let's buy the ring Great Sage.'

With a similar tone to a few minutes ago when great sage called him broke, Cillian remarked in a mournful tone:

'More than half gone, just like that...'

An instant later, with renewed vigour, Cillian continued:

'It was a worthwhile investment though, with this ring, my hunting efficiency just went up several notches.'

Cillian then proceeded to open the group chat interface.

Cillian continued, opening the group chat invoice and receiving the 50m3 storage ring placed right on his index finger.

Meanwhile, during the interaction between master and host, if one were to carefully look at Cillian, they could notice that, although it appeared as if he was emotionless, Cillian's eyes were no longer obscured by the haze they once were. Although they still didn't shine brightly, Cillian's eyes finally contained a unique sliver of life.

After finishing his dinner, Cillian discreetly moved to his room and checked in on the group chat members. Surprisingly, with Kazuma's curiosity satiated by Mereoleona and Zoro, almost nothing has been discussed.

'It seems there still isn't any trust present between the group chat members, the "Remorseful Vampire" has also started to comment a bit even though "it" normally ignores questions made directly to "it". Seems this also presses the wrong keys on both Mereoleona and Zoro, mostly Mereoleona though.'

With a slightly exasperated expression Cillian was about to respond to Mereoleona, but the group chat suddenly interrupted him.

A few minutes ago at Kazuma's world:

'It is that time of the month again... time to face off against the monsters outside and get the supplies necessary to sustain my life!!!'

The cashier then said with a similar mocking tone as Kazuma's:

"Your change, "Sir"."

"Sure, thanks..." Kazuma replied while leaving the convenience store, going right back to his adobe.

'What a rude bastard! I can't complain though or else I'll lose precious time that I could be using to maintain my n.º1 ranking...'

(AN: Top 1 in his village)

'Anyways, after getting the group chat, I thought that my life would turn around, but the only thing I got was a bit of money and unorthodox coins. I don't even have enough to buy anything worthwhile! When will it be my turn...'

Suddenly, Kazuma heard a sound:

*Beep*Beep*

Turning around, he only saw a pair of headlights and a girl. In an instant, Kazuma threw himself in the way and pushed the girl before him, dying the next moment.

All of a sudden, a screen appeared in front of him:

'This thing still works after death?' asked Kazuma to no one in specific.

'Well, this confirms what the group chat said, so I'm dead huh...'

"Is the girl okay at least?"

"Actually, she wouldn't have gotten hurt, even if you hadn't pushed her out of the way."

Confused, Kazuma asked:

"Then what happened?? Did I die by getting plowed over by the truck."

"No, you died of shock. You mistakenly thought a truck went over you."

"I died of shock!?"

A few seconds later, a snicked soon grew into a full blown laughter:

"shshshshhahahaahaHAHAHAHA!!!"

'What's this chick's deal?!'

"You even wet yourself! HAHAHA!!"

'This girl...'

"Anyways, my name is Aqua, I'm a goddess who guides humans who die young to the afterlife."

'Doesn't seem like much of a goddess to me...'

"I've got a special offer for you, I'll transport you to another world, where you'll have to defeat the Demon King. Of course, I'll grant you a choice that is second to none! Out of all these talents, weapons and items, you can choose one to bring into the new world, anything in this room is available!"

All of a sudden, a downpour of weapons, talents and different types of items filled the room with their magnificence and splendour.

'Wow I'll have to carefully consider all these options.'

Going by each power one by one slowly, an hour passed, and Aqua, bored out of her mind, asked:

"Are you done? Can you choose already?"

Kazuma, who was looking through the powers, stopped and said:

"All right, I've decided... I choose you, Aqua!"
