Author's Note: This work has received major editing(compared to the other work) and has been reposted, do note that the original work is also mine though(Limitless Chat Group in the multiverse). Starting from chapter 7, it's all completely new content. I also figured out that, instead of posting every day and burning myself out juggling between writing and the rest of my life, I could get a release schedule... so here it is:

The following morning Cillian woke up at daybreak and continued to train his cursed technique, he could now slash a forest tree within 7 'Dismantles'. Since he had just started mastering the 'Basic Body Refining Scripture' Cillian already felt some newbie gains, overall, he was around 6% stronger.

After consulting with Great Sage, Cillian knew that in a week or so, his initial exponential growth rate would slow down, at least until he broke through to the second volume of the 'Basic Body Refining Scripture', where he would enter a phase of rapid growth once more.

With his current growth rate, Cillian expected to be 50% stronger in a week or so. This 50% is not to be underestimated. Cillian's body is already, in all aspects, better than any of Earth's Olympic athletes in their respective fields, after the boost, Cillian would effectively reach superhuman levels.

After another 2 hours of intensive cursed technique training, Cillian went around the village looking for merchants willing to take him to the gates of Orario. Finally finding someone who was willing, Cillian went into their carriage and practiced his observation haki until they arrived at the gates.

[A few hours later]

Having arrived at the gates of Orario, Cillian thanked the merchant and waited on a long queue before eventually meeting with the guard in duty.

"Name?"

"Cillian."

"Have you ever been to Orario before?"

"No"

"Reason of entry?"

Not putting much thought into his answer, Cillian replied:

"I am an aspiring adventurer, after having heard of the dungeon located in Orario, I came as soon as possible."

The guard showed an immediate scowl and mumbled:

'Now we even have country bumpkins who have never heard of the dungeon trying to become adventurers... great.' *sigh*

'He doesn't look older than 17 years old...'

(AN: MC is current body is 16 years old, picture the man on  the cover, but younger)

"Piece of advice kid, give up and settle down, the dungeon is no place for having fun."

"Thanks guard-san, I'll keep that in mind" Cillian said in his usual monotonous voice.

'This kid... is he doing it on purpose?!... he has a really punchable face...' *angry tick mark*

"Make sure to go register at the Guild, have a nice stay."

Cillian replied with the same neutral tone with no expressions on his face:

"Thanks guard-san." 

'He isn't taking me seriously at all! I'm going to kill this kid...'

After a few minutes of walking around Orario and casually listening in on the hot rumours, Cillian heard:

"Have you heard that the Apollo Familia has a new captain??"

"WHATT??"

"Apparently, although he is at the same level as the former captain, he completely suppressed and defeated him within 10 minutes. I think his name was Cole Ice..."

"You mean Cole Snow?! The 'Sun Archer'?!! It is said that he is one of the best archers in Orario and that he holds the fastest level up to level 3. He did it in less than 3 year! Barely beating the 'Sword Princess'!"

"Uhh I think so... I also heard that his reputation isn't completely clean. He has been seen many times with women who have bruises around their bodies, although those could be false rumours."

"There is no way THE 'Sun Archer' would do anything like that, he was probably helping those women AHAHAHA."

"Yeah, probably... hahaha."

With all this information, Cillian started deducing what's his current target's strength at:

'Although he could be hiding his true level, it seems he's around level 3 and that he is using his cheat, the 'Soul-Bound Bow (attribute: sun)' very openly. The bow seems to be able to boost his fighting prowess significantly, but not enough to completely cross levels. He could also be currying favour with Apollo due to his unique attribute, so if I'm to take him down, I should prepare to take down the whole Apollo Familia.'

'Maybe I'm mistaken but since his reputation isn't pristine either, he probably received some cues from that God's subordinate. After all, I wouldn't be here if he wasn't creating so-called 'Chaos and Destruction in the multiverse', disturbing the balance. Although I should confirm those rumours later on. I can't blindly trust those who only seek me for entertainment purposes.'

After walking around for another hour, Cillian entered the Guild building.

Waiting for a few minutes in line, it was finally Cillian's turn.

"Hello, I'm Rose Fannet, how may I help you?"

"Hi Miss Fannet, I would like to register as an adventurer."

"Are you sure you want to be an adventurer, it's a very dangerous job, you could die any day, the dungeon is such a place."

'I'm trying to warn this kid, he looks around 17 years old, it's too soon for him to die, I don't want another person dying to monsters.'

Cillian answered with a slight smile this time:

"You don't have to worry about me Miss Fannet." 

A few minutes of paperwork later, having successfully gotten his adventurer pass, Cillian left the guild and started exploring the city, trying to find some lodging and a place to eat.
