After their small interaction, Cillian quickly finished his meal and headed towards the dungeon. On his way, Cillian pondered about his plans for the following week:
'Today's goal is going past 'Rivira' and entering the 'Large Tree Labyrinth', this way, I'll train against poison based monsters and be prepared for any poison users in Heaven's Arena.'
Showing a glint determination, Cillian continued:
'The goal for next week is simple... defeating the 17th Floor's, level 4 boss monster, Goliath.'
In the dungeon's 19th Floor:
Bugbears, creatures with the head of a mythical werewolf and the body of an athletic bear that typically spawn in the Large Tree Labyrinth, possess strength and defense comparable to minotaurs but are much more agile.
At this moment, four of these creatures cornered a young white-haired man against a giant tree. Approaching the young man cautiously, who exuded a sense of danger, one of the wolf-headed creatures' instincts flared. However, before it could warn the others, the young man sprang into action.
Rushing towards the strongest one, the young man attempted to slash the bugbear's chest. Due to the creature's swift agility, it dodged the attack, albeit losing an arm in the process. Undeterred, the young man maintained his speed, passed by the bugbear, turned around, and swiftly slashed its exposed back. Within moments, the creature's body disintegrated into floating excelia particles, leaving behind a sizable magic stone.
Having lost their most formidable ally and now cornered against the giant tree, it seemed as though the young white-haired man had cornered the bugbears, not the other way around. Recognizing the young man's strength and threat level, the remaining three creatures quickly regrouped and lunged at him in a triangle formation.
Closing the distance between each other, the lead bugbear made the first move, attempting to pierce the young man's body with its iron-like claws. Unfortunately for the creature, the young man sidestepped the attack with apparent anticipation, avoiding the claws before swiftly slashing the creature's neck, dispatching it effectively.
The remaining bugbears, now facing the young man's unprotected back, lunged towards him, hoping to catch him off guard. Regrettably for the creature duo, the young man, seemingly expecting the attack, swiftly ducked, dodging both sets of claws before turning around and slashing both bugbears, which couldn't utilize their innate high agility due to their prior jump.
After getting back on his feet, the young man collected the magic stones that the bugbears had dropped. Remarkably, each time he picked up a magic stone, it vanished as if by magic. After securing all the magic stones, the young man muttered:
"Status."

'Half a day has already passed since we received the side-mission announcement yesterday. I really need to pick up the pace!'
Five days later:
'During the last five days, I've thoroughly prepared to face Goliath, the level 4 giant. After multiple high-intensity battles and skirmishes, I've even managed to reach the initial-mid level 3 overall power realm. With this, I'm confident in eventually defeating Monster Rex.'

Upon entering the 17th Floor, a seven-meter-tall giant with gray skin immediately drew anyone's attention. Cillian, like the majority, noticed it as well. Ready to fight the level 4 titan, Cillian sprinted towards it, aiming to gain an advantage swiftly.
One might assume that with Goliath's colossal body, it would be relatively slow. Unfortunately for Cillian, that was only the case when a party raided it, and the titan had to split its focus, decreasing its agility. When confronted by a solo adventurer, Goliath directed its full attention, making it considerably faster than when a familia cooperatively engaged it.
Sensing the incoming adventurer, Monster Rex launched a flurry of fists and stomps to obliterate its opponent.
Cillian, having nearly mastering Basic Observation Haki, sensed these attacks almost before they began and evaded them by zigzagging in a pre calculated route.
Closing in on the titan, Cillian elegantly slashed the monster's left Achilles tendon, causing it to lose balance. However, the giant, known for its incredibly durable gray skin, had suffered only minimal damage to its leg and required more "dismantles" to weaken its knees.
Realizing that it wouldn't be that easy, Cillian continued dodging multiple punches, stomps, kicks, and more. In a trance-like state, Cillian appeared to dance around Goliath, repeatedly targeting its legs in the same area.
This pattern continued for a few minutes until the titan, with almost nothing left to support itself, let out a primal roar, snapping Cillian out of his stupor. Feeling as though a chain had broken within him, Cillian realised he could now utilise the true power of "Dismantle and Cleave".
With no time to celebrate his success, Cillian leaped away, narrowly avoiding the falling body of the titan. Seizing the opportunity presented by the confused state of Monster Rex, Cillian dashed toward its exposed head.
Sensing imminent danger, Goliath rolled around, destroying its surroundings. For Cillian, this only made it seem like a toddler with too much power. Deciding to end the battle, Cillian slashed the giant's neck with two karate chops infused with the Cursed Technique: Dismantle and Cleave, ensuring Goliath's demise.
True to his intuition, moments later, the titan's body disintegrated into floating excelia particles, leaving behind an unusually large magic stone.
'I'm sure I've made a breakthrough!'
'Great Sage, show me my stats!'
