1 Chapter 1: The Escape
In the realm of Xolia
In a dark room a mysterious girl with thief attire looks at the ice blue crystal that was sealed with a Dark Magic seal.
???: Here goes nothing...
The girl muttered under her breath.
The mysterious girl used Light Magic to break the seal and grabs the crystal and alarm goes off.
???: Shoot!
She choked out but quickly covered her mouth.
Dark Knight 1: Hey! Who said that?!
The Dark Knight shouted out
???: Looks like we gotta run!
She said running away.
Dark Knight 1: Hey! Come back here!
The Dark Knight said running after the girl.
The girl in black ran up stairs and around the dark castle until she got outside to the marketplace. It was cold night no sunlight to be seen as black and red filled the sky. The girl in black kept running as fast as she could, drinking a small potion of speed that was on her belt to increase her speed. Her breathing was heavy jumping over barrels and running to alleyways.
Dark Knight 1: After her!
Dark Knight 2: She stole the crystal!
Dark Knight 3: She's getting away!
The Dark Knights continued to search for the girl who stole the crystal.
Dark Knight 3: Where'd that little witch go!?
Dark Knight 1: She's in the marketplace!
The land of Semir cold as could be. Sunlight was impossible to see. Cold hearts everywhere you walked. No one plays nice. Everyone for themselves.
Civilians screaming
One of the Dark Knights bust into a shop.
Dark Knight 2: Let's try this again! Where's the girl!
Innocent Man: I-I don't know w-what your t-talking sir!
The man said holding his hands up in defense shaking with fear.
Another Dark Knight grabbed a young boy holding the boy's shirt.
Little Boy: Mommy!
Mother of kid: My son!
Little Boy: Mama!
Dark Knight 3: Quiet you little pipsqueak! Come on out witch!
The Dark Knight held his sword out.
Dark Knight 3: Or the kid gets it!
Mother: Please sir spare his life. He's just a child. Take me instead.
The mysterious girl appeared from the shadows.
???: Leave him alone!
The girl removed her hood revealing her dark brown hair and eyes and looked at the two knights.
Dark Knight 1: It's that witch!
Dark Knight 3: Can't wait to get my hands on-
The Dark Knight was interrupted by a boy with black hair and dark blood red eyes.
???: That's enough.
The black haired boy said his hand running through his black hair that reached jaw.
The boy was was wearing a Dark Knight outfit similar to the other Black Knights but his armor was made of obsidian.
Dark Knight 3: Master!
Dark Knight 1: Master!
???: I want the girl all for myself.
He chuckled.
???: Unhand the kid.
He said with with a smirk his face getting serious at the last part.
Dark Knight 3: What?!
???: I said let go of the kid!
The Dark Knight looks furious at the words that he just said.
The Dark Knight let go of the young boy and pushed him towards his mother unharmed.
???: Now my poor, poor, sweet, sweet Lilith. Why'd you have to steal the crystal and run away?
The girl turned around to look at the obsidian wearing knight.
Lilith: How do you know my-
???: Your father and Lord Skell aren't going to be happy about this.
The obsidian wearing knight took off his mask and meet eyes with Lilith.
Lilith: Damien?!
The witch looked in his eyes in shock and then anger.
Lilith: You leave my father out of this! How dare you put his name in your mouth!
Damien pinned Lilith to a wall. Threatening her with Dark Magic. His left hand of the wall his right with a black smoke ball in his hands.
Damien: Who's master do you you serve and who told you to steal the crystal?
Lilith chuckled and smiled at Damien's question.
Lilith: Now why would I listen-
Lilith started to retort.
Damien: Because if you don't things are going to end up badly for you. More than it already has.
Lilith: You and I both know I'm stronger than you also I believe that this crystal belongs to me.
Damien started to hold Lilith by the neck and she struggled to breathe.
Damien: Who's master do you serve!
Lilith: Oh what am I supposed to say Xila?
Lilith used her Dark Magic to escape Damien's grasp. As soon as she was free she used the dagger in her pocket to fight while Damien was using Dark Magic.
Lilith accidentally uses Light Magic
Dark Knight 1: She's a child of the light!
Damien: What! Impossible! She was born in the Semir!
Lilith started to run from Damien and the Dark Knights.
Damien: Lilith how could you?
He said under his breath as he saw the dark brown haired girl run.
Lilith: I'm sorry Damien...
She said softly a few tears ran down her cheeks as she continued to run.
Dark Knight 2: She's heading towards the portal!
Damien: What! No! If she does that she'll close the portal and we'll be trapped here!
Dark Knight 3: Maybe that was her plan all along?
Damien: No! Lilith wouldn't do that!
Lilith ran and stopped in front of the portal.
Damien: Lilith don't!
Lilith turn to see one last look the black haired boy running towards her. She then turn around and ran, getting into the portal.
Damien stopped to seen the dark brown haired girl gone.
Damien: No!
The portal then explodes and tears filled Damien's eyes.
Damien: Did she make it?
He said his head low his tears falling to the ground.
Dark Knight 1: Master Damien, now's not the time cry over that girl.
Dark Knight 2: Yeah, she's the enemy now.
Damien clenched his fists in anger.
Damien: Shut up!
He said with rage.
Dark Knight 3: Master Damien, don't tell me you actually like that girl?!
Damien: You don't know her like I do!
Dark Knight 3: Did that girl right there just act like the girl you knew!
Damien stood still hearing the words the Dark Knight said.
Dark Knight 3: Besides, imagine what would happen if your father knew you liked her!
Damien wiped the tears from his eyes.
Damien: She is our enemy.
Dark Knight 3: Let's report this to Lord Skell.
Damien turned to look at the empty space where a portal once was.
Damien: Lilith, I do hope you are alright...
