4 Roy's Mother or only Mrs. Smith?

They were shocked to see Roy's situation....so, tried their best to minimize their presence. The room was in a pin-drop silent.

His assistant tried to ease up the situation and so, called him, "Hello Boss, are you fine?"

"Cut the crap and report about the assignment." If his voice was only cold before now his whole body was giving a feeling of Antarctica. His voice, eyes, his expression, and whole body was making the environment cold and making those present shudder.

All started to report their findings,

"Boss I checked all cameras and CCTV in Grasal but found nothing."

"Boss, I check the transportation, the airport, and trains but couldn't find anything. I am sure she hadn't left Osmin or even Grasal."

"I checked her previous stays and the people she met, no one knows anything about her. Boss, even Nil is nowhere to found."

One man was silent, all those poked him to speak but that man hesitated.

Roy-"Speak"

"Boss, she hasn't been there for a week and they have lost contact. They said her last location was on Yula mountain and she just like vanished in thin air. So, Boss.....they declared her...dead."

"WHAT?? how could they....she can't be dead...she can't--"Standing abruptly he swept all the things he had on the table.

Shawn signaled everyone to back out of the room. Then, Shawn called out to Mr. Si as Mr. Si was a doctor and went forward squeezed his shoulder, and gave him a glass of water. Roy sat on his chair and tried to close his eyes.

Fifteen minutes later Mr. Si arrived and Shawn told him about Roy's health situation and the incident. Mr. Si gave Roy some medication and Roy slept. Both Mr. Si and Shawn stayed in the room.

Both wanted to know who the girl was and the reason for Roy losing control. They tried to question each other but as none knew both kept quiet and waited for Roy to wake up.

After two hours Roy woke up but was silent and listless.

"Who is that girl Bro, why haven't I heard about her before. Then, there is someone born who can mess up your thoughts and emotions. Did you meet her during your disappearance?" Mr. Si asked

"Something like that. Don't ask more Si." Roy sighed and replied. Remembering her made his heart ache more.

"Boss, should we continue her search?" Shawn questioned.

"Yeah,...Don't stop the search but make it slow. Announce a search warrant for Nil. If she doesn't want to come forward you will never find her. I had only made her unconscious maybe she have left feeling sad because of my action. I have to give her privacy too. I will wait until she returns....maybe someday she will come back to me" the last part of the sentence was spoken in a low sound.

Roy was trying to console his heart. But little did he know Abha has fallen down the cliff. It would be a long long time since they will meet and return to him...maybe not possible.

"Roy, Whatever happens, be sure to take care of your health...or you may be in danger if something happens to you like this... You know your condition better than anyone. And are you really going to marry Serene....you know about her and Rohan...So--" Si suggested.

"I will take care. And about my marriage, I can't be sure. Both of you, go back." he opened his documents and started to work. Both shook their head and walked away.

Roy worked till the morning without a break.

The next early morning someone even without knocking on the door entered his office. His back was facing the newcomer but also he knew who entered so, he didn't turn back.

In a loud roar, the woman who entered spoke, "Roy, what the hell have you done yesterday evening...why can't you be obedient and do whatever they say....now they are questioning my upbringing due to you bastard.."

"Oh!! Mr. Smith complained to you....or your dear son. You are here means maybe they have seized your card or your parties or .....When you have even raised me, so don't question me." Roy spoke.

The woman hurriedly runs in front of Roy. She could see the tiredness and dark circles in his eyes but ignored it." How can you speak like that...even if I didn't do your upbringing, I gave birth to you. You know your brother Ronan was depressed for a long time after losing his mother...so I had to give my time for him..." she tried to be soft.

"Really mother, ask yourself have you ever assumed me as your son? I was a dumping place for your anger and hate. You remember me only when you are in trouble." Roy sighed. He had known something about his identity which was kept in dark in Smith's household.

"Even so, you are still the one who gave birth to me. Mother...leave that damn place, let's go somewhere far. I don't want the position of CEO or anything related to SMITHs. I can give you a good life too...will you go with me?" Roy tried to hold his mother's hands but his mother abruptly stood up and looked at him like seeing an idiot.

"Have you lost your mind...I asked you to co-operate with your grandfather's arrangement and you are ....Shameless bastard....why did I even give birth to you? Only your twin sister was filial you are my headache. I love your father even if he doesn't reciprocate my love and Smith is my family...how can you talk about them in bad ways...Listen Roy don't go against them...Serene is a good girl...she will be a good wife." she spoke in such a harsh way not even keeping in mind Roy's feelings.

"Then let me ask you Mrs. Smith, who is more important to you? Me or my so-called father and Smith family." he decided to know her choice.

"Is that even a question...obviously your father and Smiths...I mean to say you are too...Hehe--" even without thinking, she spoke.

"Okay, I know. I just want to be sure. I am nobody in your eyes...you won't even see my sacrifices...did you ever ask if I am hurt after the Jack incident? You won't because all others are important besides me. Thank god!! sister was born as a daughter so could get a little love. You have heard grandfather threats but always ignored me. Do you know mother you are the reason why I listened to them, do whatever they want, suffer a lot, endure pain in my body and here...' he pointed to his heart.

"Don't try to accuse me, Roy."

"Yeah, now I never will. Now onwards you are only Mrs. Smith, no longer my mother. My help and deals with you end as I have saved Jack. I have decided to give up on you. You are on your own. I have paid you enough to be filial" Roy announced his decision seriously with a smirk. he had wanted before to end their relationship but he couldn't as she will always act pitiful.

Finally, he got want he wanted to do for a long time.

The color of his mother faded and turned pale. She was trying hard to control whatever feelings and emotions were built within her.

"YOU...you--" pointing her finger at Roy, Mrs. Smith couldn't speak further.

Exactly at that time, a knock destroyed the environment created inside.
