19 Angel's of Death System 2

Lastly, Noah checked the rune he received that was related to his class.

[Rune of the Angel of Death]

Effect: When using the black sword, the weapon's attack power doubles, and when night falls, attack speed increases by 50%.

If you stay still at night, the chance of enemies detecting you decreases significantly.

"The attack power doubles, and the attack speed increases by 1.5 times at night, with decreased detection chances."

It was the perfect rune for using the Angel's Sword of Death.

"I believe from these things I can infer this class is powerful at night.'' Noah arrived at this conclusion.

Even though it was daytime now, the attack power was strong enough at 2x.

Finally, when he opened the skill list, he found another skill below his other skills.

[Exclusive Skill – Death' Seal]

Effect: Place an invisible seal on the target that only the caster can see.

You will be able to see the remaining health of the target under the seal, and when the caster attacks, 100% additional damage is dealt.

Can only be cast on one target at a time.]

"It can be considered as a debuff that doubles the damage dealt."

Since it didn't consume mana, it was better to cast the seal and fight.

However, the fact that it could only be used on a single target was its only drawback. Well, asking for more would be considered being too greedy, it was his first exclusive skill, and there is much more to come.

Every rank up you will get an exclusive skill, meaning his next exclusive skill will be at level 20.

Noah was excited just imagining which incredible skill he would acquire next. Even he could tell this class was awesome, he had never heard of it before, meaning he was the first one to get it.

''System''

Noah suddenly called out to the system, he had some questions he would like to get answers to.

[What do you want to know, host?] The system responded, and from this, it could be said it was an intelligent system.

Noah was happy as this meant they could converse.

''What is your purpose?"

[Assist the host.]

''Simple but I like it.'' Noah nodded pleased and came his next question.

''Here is my next question, is the system related to my unique class or simply a separate entity.''

[They're related. I'm the Angel of Death System.]

''I see."

''What is the Angel of Death's class?"

This is something he wished to understand more, understanding your class is the basis to strengthen your stats in the direction that benefits your class, to help your growth.

[Angel's of death class is a special class that governs death. It is the most destructive class yet the most versatile one. You will understand later as your level rises.]

Noah nodded, he had thought the same but judging from the system's answer, his class was more awesome than he had thought. He was excited just by thinking of the future.

''You said your purpose is to support me, I bet it's to help me grow right?"

[Affirmative]

''Good, tell me how you plan to help me?"

Noah immediately raised this question. He had his guess but he just needs a confirmation.

[Issue missions and give rewards if mission completed, penalty if not. The rewards will vary, sometimes stat points, but most rewards will be converted into Gold coins.]

''And why so?" Noah was puzzled.

[Gold coins can be used to exchange for items or skills in the store which I believe to be beneficial to the host. Anything can be bought in the store if you have the corresponding gold coin. Items, skills or elixirs.]

Noah's golden eyes shone when he heard the system's answer. His heart pounded in his chest, endless possibilities awaited him with the help of this system. Imagine if you could buy any skills or powerful items, your strength would skyrocket.

He finally understood why the system told him earlier his class was versatile. You can only buy skills or items related to your class.

For example, Mages could not buy Swordmen-related items or skills but from the system's words, Noah believes he did not have such limitations. Well, there will still be some limitations but unlike the other classes.

''Good, good.'' Noah's interest in the system was aroused, he couldn't wait to browse through the system features to see what it has to offer but he calmed down his excitation, he still had some questions left unanswered.

''How can the mission be issued?"

[It will depend on the situation. The system will analyze and propose fitting missions and rewards to the host.] The system answered Noah's question.

''I see, I can issue, I mean create missions as well?" Noah's eyes sparkled with expectation.

However, his expectation was bound to be shattered by the system's following sentence.

[Not for the moment.]

Noah was dejected but he quickly regained his humor when he recalled the last part of the system's answer.

'Not for the moment, meaning I can later. I will need to grow stronger then.'

Here's his next question, the most important one.

''Can you block spying eyes on me?"

[Yes, I can block any prying eyes.]

Noah's eyes widened, shocked that the system could accomplish such a feat, and judging by the lack of restrictions, the system could even be extremely powerful Player's prying.

The reason why Noah raised this question was because, powerful Players have a means to spy on the others, either with the help of an item or because it was their class's trait.

He must have a means to block some of those prying eyes.

''Good, can you activate and deactivate it at will?"

[Affirmative]

''Can you decide on what to display?" Noah raised another question.

[Affirmative]

Noah was secretly overjoyed, this meant he could enact his next plan.

''Don't stop any prying eyes for the moment and display everything for the moment. The system's existence is hidden I believe?"

[Affirmative. The system will deactivate the firewall's system which helps to block any prying eyes.]

Noah nodded, he couldn't draw attention to himself. Well not too much, all of the eyes will be on him because of his class but it would become quite problematic if someone were to notice he/she was unable to spy on him, this would raise a question, how is he capable of blocking this as a greenhorn?

Maybe you can use the excuse of his father giving him an item to block any prying eyes, however, this would draw too much attention as it would mean the father-son duo were trying to hide something.

It was why Noah made that decision, he couldn't pay too much attention to this, this would hinder his growth and get him in trouble, there was the risk of exposing the system, something he must never do, not until he was powerful enough to deter anyone that would try coming after this treasure.
