Captain Traves Nodded, "Okay Lord, but we still haven't encountered the fierce beast that villagers were talking about, if we leave that beast alive, I'm afraid it might harm villagers...."

Before Traves could finish his words, he heard a whistling sound and a roar along with it. Then a behemoth leaped out from the grass and behind the tree and stopped in front of them.

Before they can check it fully, two more similar roars sound behind them, and two more stop behind them.

The one in the front is about 4 meters long and 3 meters tall, with white eyes and a scarlet forehead, and its extremely vicious look, facing it at such a close distance made Francis's hand holding the gun tremble a little as this was the first time he ever faced a situation like this.

The two behind were also small kind of tigers but a little bit smaller about 3 meters long and 2 meters tall.

Captain Traves stood before him with the sword in his hand.

The tiger kept roaring, as it couldn't even get close to Francis. Hearing that, Francis calmed down readied his LE5 gun, aimed at the tiger, and fired. Instead of hitting the tiger, the bullet passed close to Traves which startled both Traves and the tiger.

They both looked at him, seeing that Francis became embarrassed.

"Looks like I need to practice shooting first before I can use them in battle."

After saying that he kept the gun in Inventory and took out the katana from his back.

As Francis was taking out the Katana, Traves took the moment where the Tiger was in shocked 

state and started attacking it.

The tiger is worthy of being the fierce beast, it soon folded its body and threw its tail towards Traves's head.

Traves dodged by moving his head slightly and with a flick of his sword he directly defused the attack.

In the next moment, the sword turned and slashed forward in a half circle, slashing the tiger's neck.

The tiger's action suddenly stopped and fell to the ground and started struggling violently. Just then Francis came from behind and slashed at its neck.

"Die!!!"

Due to weak and imperfect techniques, Francis's slash didn't hurt much but it made the tiger even more furious. It started to to us its last remaining strength to slash Francis with its claws.

Suddenly light flashed and the head of the tiger got separated from its body and blood started to flow out, and the body fell.

Francis was shocked to see 3 notifications instead of one, so he suddenly turned to see that others were too done dealing with the other two tigers at the same time.

The big tiger is a level 7 beast and the other two were level 5 beasts, so they provided a lot of experience.

Traves leveled up to 4, Benjamin, Dr. John, and Lady Silver leveled up to 3.

Francis himself too leveled up to level 2.

After storing the corpses of the tigers in the Inventory, they all returned to the village. After coming near the lord's mansion, Francis took out all the corpses of the different animals and the beasts.
