The Celestial Academy is considered the number 1 force in the world because it controls the most important thing/means and building, which is the Celestial Tower, the only way for a being to ascend to become a Celestial after reaching the peak of the world, and the only way to reach other continents without the risk of being killed by some Sea Abomination.

This academy wasn't founded by Humans, Witches, or Dragons but by Beastmen, Yes, and not only that, the reason why the Beastmen are considered the number 1 Race is also due to 2 other factors.

One is because the strongest being of this world and its ruler, or more like the ruler of the Central Continent which is the Main Continent.

The Beings who transcended the Ex-Rank cannot go back to other continents unless they remain within the Tower which is projected in all continents and connects them together.

Now the second reason why Beastmen are the strongest race is because of Bloodlines, yes, Bloodlines, unlike other races with only the purity of their races which is random for commoners and not-so-diversified for Strong Clans because High Potential + High Potential Mostly equals High Potential, and Monsters and their Bloodline purity, every single Beastman is a monster and not only that they are totally broken because their potential is initially high and can always be improved.

Now, Unlike Draco with his Evolution Panel, Other races' Potential is fixed an E-Rank Human can never Dream of reaching Stage 1 of course that is until The Anomaly came, and even his means do not allow him to just Up the entire Human race's Potential.

So yes, Shamuji's Research to Upgrade his Bloodline was but a futile Goblin's struggle.

Even Dragons cannot change their Potential, well at least The %Error Authority Insufficient% Dragons of this world.

Beastmen However... Beastmen however are born with a ridiculous potential depending on their lineage and that same lineage traces back to Mythical creatures before the World was transformed into a Prison Gate.

Yes, Beastmen are the Original Inhabitants of this world and Great Mother knows how other creatures came to be, Alex did not know, Draco did not know.

Now the biggest trash of trashes amongst Beastmen's Potential Easily Transcends Ex-Rank. There's no such thing as a Beastman with an EX-Rank potential and thus you will never find a Beastman if you do not go to the Prison - which obviously called The Great Cursed Celestial Prison - or the Central Continent.

Aside from the Beastmen's Ridiculous Potential they also have many ways to Upgrade their Potential, as long as they drink the blood of a higher potential Beastman or well Dual Cultivate they can purify their Bloodline, and so this creates the phenomenon where Beastmen dominate the world.

But the diversity of races in this world by far doesn't only amount to these ruling races, obviously because races such as demons, monsters, dragons, beastmen, phoenixes, and elves have either a variation of a such as Moon Elves, and Earth Dragons, or are basically a race with the bloodline of said race, such as Goblins, Wolves, and Orcs are considered monsters, and then we have Demonic Goblins, Imps, Devils, Shadow Slimes and such are part of the demon race.

But that doesn't there are other Minor & Major races from the wider universe that are either weak or a minority.

Now we've talked about the world, its circumstances, its continents, and its races. But this isn't nearly 1% of what Draco just learned from a nerdy Celestial Academy student which is also called the Knowledge Haven of Portalia.

Of course, Draco didn't have the time to just scroll through his memories like a Social Media addict, so he just called.

'Well anyway, I have to move, but how should I proceed? First, I could shapeshift into Alex and join the ranks of the Academy students and instructors as long as I don't go back to the Academy there's no chance of them finding me out.' He thought of his next step.

'I could also just continue hunting, because I proceed with the first plan I will need to cover for the death of the other 2... Or I can kill that guy!' Draco thought of a student from his memories who was a classmate of Alex, he had a Job called [Clone Master(D-Rank) - +300 Vit & End, +500% Clone Strength, +600% Training Speed], which was a Higher Form of the [Blood Mage(E-Rank)] Job.

'It doesn't matter if I join the Academy ranks or anything, I'm getting that guy, but first, I have to check on my old Friend.' Draco thought as he turned to look in the direction of the Goblin Village.

'I wonder if he's still alive? Knowing how cunning and scheming he can be I can guess he probably went into hiding somewhere.'

How do you like the world? and what do you think of the info dump? is it too much or appropriate? what about the time? I think it's about time we know about our World, I had prior experience of my readers not liking too much info dump but back then it was really too much, it was so much you could probably make an entire book out of just that info lmfao.

In my old novel(Dream Path - It's an incomplete baby with a very interesting premise and idea, however, I was a bit too experienced and wanted to just include everything into one story similar to my First story but I failed miserably to the point I reached a state where I was like this novel is so bad I have no motivation whatsoever to continue and so I stopped after crying for idk -6 minutes? Yeah I literally curled up and cried because I decided to drop a novel, they're like children to me lmfao, the Stellverse is literally the personalization of my dream and what keeps me living, it's the fuel to my life. If I ever reach a point where I start writing Everlasting Life Of The Creator I might just bring Dream Path there but with the Creator of the Stellverse(Stell - yeah me) as the main character and Stone, well let's just say he's not born yet)

I wish I could write as fast as I wrote this stuff while making chapters, I would literally make frigging 2 Chaps a Day and save for Privilege.
