He didn't even tell Lionel that the fedora guy was following her and yet Lionel could figure it out just by his picture. 

Lionel poured a glass of water. He looked panicked and Leander took a deep breath to brace for the news. Not many people scare Lionel. And it is okay to be scared of someone because there are actual monsters wearing human skin walking among us. 

Hell, even he would come in this category of monsters. He's not called "the young lion" just for his majestic looks. Duh!

"Ignazio Salvo," Lionel said pouring a glass of water for Leander. 

Just like he expected, Leander accepted the glass of water. "It can't be…We have no dealing with…" he let out a sigh realizing that he could be wrong about this one too.
