Finishing the Assigned Mission

The next day arrived and the four waited until night, Duke Aether had business to attend to, so he was not present at the Palace.

The two went about their business at day, walking around sightseeing the Palace, Gabriel on the other hand went to the City once again without telling anyone what he does at the City. Laurrie however stayed in her room to rest, since her powers will be used later. She needs the rest, but one thing that is bothering her is her discovery of Max's secret.

"Was he…?" Laurrie mumbles to herself sitting at the edge of the bed her legs crossed.

She was so deep in thought that she did not notice the knock on her door, she jumped at the voice that called out.

"Lady Laurrie?"

"Y-Yes?!"

"I am the Royal Doctor of the Moon Kingdom, Jade Nephrite, I heard you are wounded and wanted to check on you"

"Oh, sure, come in"
