Enter SimpleMMO World: Chapter 8

As the uproar in the town continues due to the sudden disappearance of the mountain, S-Rank adventurer, Hanz was dispatched together with his party consist of A-Rank and A+-Rank to investigate. They're on their way to the forest where the mountain disappeared.

" Hanz, a message from Guild Master just came in. Apparently, there was a party in that forest during the blast that destroyed the mountain and they encounter a monster level above 3000 and... that monster... was defeated singlehandedly by a mysterious man with a bow." Said Trisha, a beautiful Vice Guild Leader of The Moon's party. One of the strongest party which consist of only A-Rank and A+-Rank adventurer together with Hanz, S-Rank adventurer as their Leader.

" A level above 3000 huh? That means the man who defeated that monster also above level 3000 or somewhere near that level. Interesting! Even among the 7 S-Rank adventurers in this world can't even compare to him. Hehehe.. Not bad! This is going to be a fun trip!" Said Hanz, a freak who loves fighting monsters stronger than him. Even after he became S-Rank adventurer, he still seeks the joy of life-death fight with someone stronger than him. Of course, except for other 6 S-Rank adventurers, no one can give him the excitement of a life-death fight.

" Well, lucky for you, it seems that this man headed to where the mountain was destroyed. In other words, he was at the same place as we are going right now and he might still be there. One more thing, Guild Master told us to be extra careful and if possible, bring him to adventurer's guild. So, please don't start a fight the moment you see him." Trisha relaying a message from Guild Master and reminding Hanz to not act rashly.

" Geez, don't worry. Even I know the difference between reckless and bravery. The gap between my level and his level is huge. I don't stand a chance if we fight. Well, let's just hope this guy is a nice guy unlike me. Hehehe." Said Hanz trying to reassure Trisha that he is not that reckless to pick a fight with someone that can eliminate his whole party.

" (sigh) Please keep your word this time Hanz. I don't want to die yet. I'm still young to leave this world." Trisha has a little doubt in Hanz word since he is unpredictable when it comes to fighting. Hanz just answers it with a small laugh.

As for me, I'm still searching for other players that got transferred into this world. Together with the Last Champion, a pet from SimpleMMO game. Well, supposedly.

" How is it Champion?" I ask the Last Champion if he detects any player or anything. By the way, I decided to call him Champion which is easier and shorter.

" Yes master, I'm ready for any time." Answered the Last Champion.

" Huh? Ready for what?" I'm confused about this guy's answer.

" Of course, TO CONQUER TO THE WORLD! As the Last Champion it is my duty to... " He proudly shouts his ambition that has nothing to do with the current situation.

" No! That's not what I asking you! I asking you if you detect other players or something around here! I'm not asking for your unnecessarily BIG ambition for someone SMALL like you." It's giving me a headache just to ask this little guy a question.

" Ohh! I see. Don't worry master, I didn't detect anything so far." He finally answered my question.

" (sigh) Good, hopefully, there is no other player beside us who got transferred into this world." I feel a little bit of relief that no other player has to go through what I and my teammates experienced.

" Master, looks like there is no player in this way. We can't proceed anymore." the Last Champion reported to me. He knows what lies ahead since he can detect something in 1 kilometer ahead.

" What do you mean we can't proceed?" I asked the Last Champion because I have no clue what lies in 1 kilometer ahead but, as we keep moving I start to hear a familiar and calming sound of water as well as sand. Now I know why the Last Champion said we can't proceed anymore. We reached the end of the path, the beach.

As I thought, all the monsters that I've encountered before come from the same location in SimpleMMO game. If I'm not mistaken, that location is called Davenport which is also a beach. Then, this area must be the same Davenport from SimpleMMO game. If that's the case, then...

*cling*

[Message from: Archmage Khelgarr]

" Azlanc... I have something to ask you. Are you alone right now?"

" Huh? A message from Khelgarr." Suddenly a message from Khelgarr came when I was thinking about Davenport.

[Message sent to: Archmage Khelgarr]

" Yeah, I'm alone with my annoying pet right now. What is it?" I replied Khelgarr's message.

*cling*

[ Message from: Archmage Khelgarr]

" If... If you come across a gang of bandit... and you see corpses of innocent people that they killed. They are robbing everything they can from the wagon while laughing at their achievement... If it's you, what will you do if you happen to see them?"

" Th-this is..." I have a really bad feeling about this. But, before I can even start thinking, my blood starts rushing into my head. The anger I'm feeling when I imagine what those bandits did, it almost makes me moving unconsciously.

[ Message sent to: Archmage Khelgarr]

" If it's me... Of course, I WILL KILL THEM ALL! I WILL NOT LET A SINGLE ONE THEM LIVE! In the first place, those guys are TRASH! They don't deserve to live even a second in this world. Khelgarr, remember this well, killing people like them is for the sake of a better world. Letting them live just for them to trample innocent people is the worst decision to make...Those guys, they're not human like us. THEY ARE TRASH AND SOMEONE NEED CLEAN THOSE TRASHES!" I told Khelgarr as if I'm trying to convince him to think the same way as me.

To some people, this may look too harsh or extreme but when I put myself in the victims' shoes... anger, sadness, and frustration of losing something that we worked hard for it and losing our love one because of some greedy monkey decided to make easy life out of someone else's efforts, it's only natural to think of them as trash which is totally unnecessary to this world and need to clean them off this world.

[ Message from: Archmage Khelgarr]

" I see. I'm glad to know that we have the same view. Thanks and... Forgive me if I mess up and make contact with people from this world."

That was the last message from Khelgarr. He didn't reply when I asked him what happened but from the message, I can roughly guess what happened to him and what he is trying to do. Well, good thing he is strong enough to blow a mountain with 1-hit. So, I doubt that there's anyone as strong as him in this world. Though I want to help him if possible, that area where Khelgarr is a high-level area that I cannot carelessly enter. I guess for now I should regroup with other teams and wait for Khelgarr at the camp.

A few hours before Khelgarr sent me that message, He stumbles upon a beautiful waterfall while searching for other players.

" Woah! This is beautiful!" Said Khelgarr as he sees the waterfall. The water is clear as crystal while so many unique fish swimming freely. Khelgarr captivates by the fantasy-like scenery although there is a waterfall in the real world but it's different from the current waterfall where the air is fresh and water uncontaminated by waste. Khelgarr takes a little bit rest there before he continues searching for players. While searching for other players, suddenly he heard a scream asking for help.

" SOMEONE!! PLEASE... HELP ME!!" As Khelgarr runs towards the voice, he can see a man lying on the ground begging to spare his life while 3 men with blades laughing at him.

" Pl-please.. Don't kill me.. You can take everything in the wagon. Just spare my li-Arrghhh!!" That pitiful man didn't even manage to finish his sentence when his head severed from his body with a blade.

" Hahaha! Are you stupid? Of course, we will take everything from the wagon... including your PITIFUL LIFE! We are bandits after all! HAHAHA!" Said the bandit who cut off the head of that pitiful man. They keep laughing while looting the wagon after they killed all the innocent people.

" Those BASTARDS!" Khelgarr grips his hand while hiding in the bush. As he witnesses what happened before his eyes, the anger towards the bandits and frustration that he arrived a little bit late makes him want to jump right away at those bandits. However, he remembers what he told Azlanc about to not make any contact with the people from this world. So, he holds his anger and stays hiding. Even so, Khelgarr just needs a little push before he starts slaughtering all those bandits and that little push comes when Khelgarr sent a message to Azlanc. Khelgarr feels like he has a buddy who shares the same view as him and the last message from Azlanc put Khelgarr at ease to killed all those bandits. That last message from Azlanc;

" If no one is alive, then you make contact with no one."

" Heh. Well, that's not wrong. After all, the dead tells no tale." Said Khelgarr as comes he out of the bush.

" Huh!? Who the hell are you?" asked the bandit when they see Khelgarr coming out of the bush.

" (hmm? Mana? That's not a stats for players or monsters from SimpleMMO) Me? I'm nobody. I'm just a humble cleaner who happens to come across a bunch of trash." Khelgarr answered the bandit provocatively.

" HUH!!? WHAT NONSENSE ARE YOU TA-*Pow*" Khelgarr dash toward the bandit and blow his face into pieces. That bandit's blood splatter to the ground like a small river.

" Y-YOU DAMN BASTARD!!" Shout another bandit as he swings his blade to Khelgarr's neck. But, before the blade can reach Khelgarr's neck, Khelgarr's right hand reached the bandit's neck and lift him without letting his feet touch the ground.

" Arghh! L-let... Me... Go! You bast-*crack*" Khelgarr keep strangle and finally snapped the bandit's neck with his right hand.

" Urgh! B-boss!! Boss Jack please help me!" The third bandit runs towards the wagon as he calling for his boss's help.

When the bandit leader heard his subordinate calling his name, he was looting the wagon with the bandit vice leader.

" Huh? Diego, what's wrong? Is that pitiful guy dead? Hehe." Asked the bandit leader to his subordinate who called him.

"*pant*pant*pant* B-boss, Lokey and John were killed. Someone came out of nowhere and killed them both with his bare hands. Ple-please help!" The third bandit that ran away from Khelgarr report to his boss about what happened to the other two bandits.

"What!? Damn useless IDIOT!! How many of them!?" asked the bandit leader.

" J-just one guy... AH!! That's him, boss. He's the one who killed Lokey and John." Said the bandit while pointing at Khelgarr who is walking towards them like nothing happen.

When the bandit leader sees Khelgarr, he walks and stands in front of Khelgarr. Both of them facing each other and the bandit leader looks down on Khelgarr as he is almost 200cm tall while Khelgarr only just around 170cm. With his body shape like a bodybuilder, his muscle looks like they are made out of steel.

*Buzz*

" Level 500 huh? For a bunch of small fries, you dare to trample other people's lives!" Said Khelgarr who barely holding his anger.

" Hey! What did you just say!?" Said the bandit leader while his hand preparing to punch Khelgarr in the face. His hand is even bigger than Khelgarr's head. So he is confident that he can defeat Khelgarr with one punch. But before he throws that punch...

" hmm!? (What with his stats?) AH!! W-WAIT BOSS! THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH HIS STATs!" The bandit vice leader suddenly stops his boss.

" Huh!? Who cares about his sta-!?" The bandit leader becomes confused when he sees Khelgarr's stats.

*Buzz*

[Archmage Khelgarr - Level:?????]

[HP: ??????]

[Strength:?????]

[Defence:???? ]

[Dexterity:????]

" T-this is!! This is only supposed to happen when the level gap is too high! WHO THE HELL ARE Y-*Pow*." Without wasting time, Khelgarr throws his right punch while the bandit leader is talking. Khelgarr's punch leaves a big hole at the bandit leader's abdomen.

" Y-you... damn... bastard!*Thud*" The bandit leader falls to the ground and the blood splatter all the way to his subordinate. They're both dumbfounded with what happened in front of their eyes. Using this chance, Khelgarr swiftly high kick and karate chop (this chop cut off the bandit into half).

" It's over. Sigh... This... is the first time I killed someone. Although, I didn't feel anything because of anger. (I did the right thing right?)" After that, Khelgarr dig a grave for the victims but leave the bandits corpses without a grave in the hope that someone will come across the corpses and report it to authority.

" It's getting dark. I should get to the camp before it becomes completely dark. (Besides, we need to exchange information about this world at the camp. Especially about what just happened, with that information, we can differentiate between players and people from this world." Said Khelgarr as he left the tragic place.
