Atasha's eyes widened in horror, not knowing how things turned out like this.

Why the hell is he saying that again!?

L-let's go make babies? They're just back to square one!

Did he really think that he's illegible now that he knows her name?

"Hold your horses right there! What are you even---"

"Hold my horses? But I don't see any horse here and I don't keep live horses with me. Do you want one?" Regalus looked around and saw nothing. "Don't worry, I promise to go hunt for horse meat once the winter ends." He ruffled her hair fondly and started moving.

He was planning to take her somewhere they could have privacy since they could not proceed with what he had in mind while Zethus was around.

Regalus sighed. If only he didn't brawl with Nemus and destroy his chamber, he could at least have a space to accommodate his female.

His female.

Ah, that has a really nice ring to it! Regalus almost hums in delight.

"That's not what I meant! You didn't even let me finish what I was saying." Atasha felt frustrated. This guy is really rude!

"Please put me down!"

Regalus stopped and looked at her in confusion. They hadn't gotten far from where they originally stood, but she already wanted to get down. He glanced at his brother who was playing deaf at the side.

That tricky little! 

"Do you… want to do it here?" Regalus was hesitant to ask.

What if she says yes? Then even if he didn't want to, he has to do it, reluctantly, if that's what she wants.

Zethus' ears perked up and unconsciously straightened his back.

'I-Is she into that kind of thing?'

He had heard that some females who had many husbands do 'it' together. Although he had nothing against that kind of play, if it was him, he'd like to have her for himself even for just a moment. After all, this is a matriarchal society and females are bound to have several husbands to reproduce and keep them safe.

Aside from the period of mating, there's almost no time to have privacy and a moment to spend together as a couple.

Atasha followed Regalus' line of sight and saw the white snake man blush before looking away to avoid her gaze.

What's wrong with him?

It's not like she did a number on him so, why is he acting strange? Suddenly, it occurred to Atasha, what Regalus just said.

Do you want to do it here? Do what…? Here!?

It took Atasha a moment to process his words before realizing what he meant. Her face heated up and turned bright red.

"You pervert!"

No wonder that guy looked at her weirdly. Damn it! She doesn't have those kinds of kinks! She turned to Regalus with tears brimming in her eyes. Looking resentful and unfair for being treated like a weirdo because of his words.

'Damn snake!'

She kicked her feet up and punched his chest while wriggling out of his arms.

"Put me down now!"

Regalus was conflicted but looking at her furious face, he decided to follow her wishes. He didn't want to make her angrier and resent him in the process.

He moved to the corner and carefully put her down on the slab of rock where she could comfortably take a seat. The moment she landed, Atasha held her guard up against him and moved away.

Even an inch would be better than sticking to that perv!

Her actions made him feel weird. Why is it like she was trying to escape from him? He was about to move closer to her when she lifted her hand open in front of him trying to signal him to stop.

'Hmm…'

Be that as it may, Regalus, who was stuck in the idea of mating, took it the other way. He held her hand and guided it slowly to his lips. He planted small kisses on the back of her hand and suddenly sucked her fingers clean.

"W-what are you doing!!??"

Horrified and embarrassed by his actions, Atasha immediately pulled her hand away from him.

'T-this guy!'

Even her thoughts are in disarray. How could he suck her fingers?

"D-don't ever do that again!"

"But I thought you wanted me to start with your hand. Did you not take pleasure in my work?" Regalus answered innocently. 

He was embarrassed to say this, but as much as he didn't want to disappoint her, he had to tell her beforehand. "This will be my first time. So, I'm not sure of how to give you pleasure," he said, bashfully scratching the back of his neck.

Regalus took a glimpse of her reaction before looking away. He might appear to be rough and direct, but he has actually no experience yet.

"I will do my best to cater to your needs! Since you're willing to accept me."

He still couldn't believe it but the fluttering sensation inside his chest told him that it was all real and he was not dreaming.

"What are you even saying?" 

A handsome bronze-skinned giant looking shy is one thing! Telling her that he's still a virgin is another! And the same person wanting to make sure he provides a good 'service' to her is a whole new story!

"Why are you so adamant on this!? I'm not going to have se… I'm not going to reproduce with you. So, just keep your virginity and find someone else to pop your cherry!"

Atasha covered her face in embarrassment after shouting her intent. How could he casually ask her to take his innocence?

Besides, that's too precious just to give it to someone like her! She was not even able to protect hers.

Isn't that why she chose the wrong guy to give it to?

He should find someone who's a better match for him! He's handsome and has a body to die for. Surely, there will be a lot of female beasts who will take care of 'that' for him.

Apart from that, technically, she only did it once. After that, she didn't have any physical involvement with anyone else. She's practically a noob like him too!

While Atasha was thinking about her discrepancies, Regalus stood there unmoving and feeling uncertain. His sunken eyes looked as if light had left him. 

Why is she suddenly telling him that she will not reproduce with him?

Did he do something that she didn't like? Is it because he sucked her fingers without her consent or is it because he said that he had no experience?

Was she disappointed?

Or

Was she just playing him for a fool making him think that she would accept him?

'Why is my heart feeling this way?'

The burning sensation in his chest was like it was being bitten by a thousand fire ants and gripped by a massive claw.

Regalus clutches his chest, feeling crappy inside. His crimson snake eyes sank and turned darker with a hint of madness.

"Don't you really want to do it with me?"
