Kill Me!

"Cold" She murmured softly when cold water suddenly touched her entire body.

She still has a fever. If it wasn't for his fever, they wouldn't even have had a chance to abduct her, but what's done is done and couldn't do anything but to confront what's going on right now.

Her head and body were so heavy and aching like hell as if there was a thousand of needles poking all over her head and was carrying the world on her shoulder.

Her eyelids tremble and opens her eyes slowly and tried her best to focus her attention in front of her as her surroundings are still spinning.

"Leilanie..." She said with a chill tone, after she recognized the person who had splashed the water on her.

"What did it feel like? Are you feeling cold Deneza?" Leilanie said with no emotion on her face, but her eyes betrayed her expressionless face. That is because Leilanie wasn't really a bad person to begin with.

Deneza smirked as she playfully says "Nah, I'm so hot right now"

"Y-you!..." She stuttering said as her face starting to crumble. She will never maintain that expressionless face for she was originally a cheerful and energetic woman. "Do you even understand what your cur---"

"Don't know and don't care" Deneza said with a straight face for she didn't want to hear her nonsense.

Of course she wasn't an idiot. She knew she had been abducted, but she only found out who was behind it now and it was that idiot in front of her.

"Same as ever, your life is in my hands, I can kill you any time I want." Leilanie chillingly said while looking down on her.

"Do whatever you want then. You think I'm afraid of death?" Deneza looked at her cracked face with her deadpan eyes as she added, "Not really, to be honest, I would feel even so grateful to you and should give you my thanks for ending my pointless life."

Leilanie couldn't maintain her cool as she grabbed the bucket which she used earlier and smashed on her. She repeatedly smashes the bucket until it broke and finally stop.

"You deserve to be tortured for the rest of your life and die of grief and suffering," said Leilanie.

Deneza s her eyes as she said in her mind when she heard what Leilanie had said 'But painful memories alone can torture you every day.' She thought.

Deneza didn't feel anything when her entire body was numb from the high fever..

In fact, the coldness she was feeling at the moment came neither from the fever nor from the cold water, but from the coldness within her heart.

"Leilanie, stop playing villain as it didn't fit for your personality. If you want to kill me then just kill me." A cold glint surface her dead tired eyes and continued "Because if you're not successful to kill me now I'm going to hunt you down."

There was total silence because everyone who was there and saw the intent to kill in her eyes felt a chill in their spine.

'She really meant what she said.' That is the only thought everyone has in mind.

Leilanie collected her emotion before saying "My Big Brother Daryl didn't think much about himself and died because of protecting you. And now My Big Brother Shawn is dead because you killed him! You killed both of my brothers! Now you want to kill me too? Do I not have the right to seek revenge for what you have done in the past with them and for me as well?"

"Don't speak as though you already know everything . I never ask Daryll to continue to protect me, he has his own free will. And yes, you have a right to get back at me, but why should I keep quiet after what you did to me?" Deneza said with a matter-of-fact look. "You see, revenge is like an infinity, it never stops because there was no end, well, not until one side collapses"

Leilanie tried to remain as calm as possible, but it was impossible for her because her beautiful face betrayed and become distorted. She was having a hard time to breathe. She looks at Deneza full of hatred. She isn't dumb and well fully understood  what Deneza said.

"Leilanie, just kill me." Deneza coldly said to her.

"Why I do feel like you are begging for your death?" Leilanie replied while picking a wood near her.

Deneza smirked and said "Do I? Well, I guess you have to stop me before I completely lose my conscience. I already have killed your brothers didn't I? And the next one's going to be you unless I die today. Did I just kill you three siblings?"

She looks at Deneza full of hatred. She isn't dumb and well fully understood  what Deneza said.

"Leilanie, just kill me." Deneza coldly said to her.

"Why I do feel like you are begging for your death?" Leilanie replied while picking a wood near her.

Deneza smirked and said "Do I? Well, I guess you have to stop me before I completely lost my conscience. I already have killed your brothers didn't I? And next will be you if I didn't die today. Didn't I just kill you three siblings?"

Deneza look at Leilanie with no emotion showing both of her face and eyes. 'It would be best if Leilanie is the one who will take my life' She thought.

She looks around and focus her attention to the street gangster which Leilanie hired to abduct her. 'I suppose it would be better for them to take my life to keep Leilanie's hand clean,' She commented in her head.

/ PAK

A loud noise can be heard as the wood touches the back of her body causing her to fly down.

'My body really went numb because of my fever' She said as she struggle to get up using her head because both of her arms are tied.

She was not sure whether she should laugh or cry. For the fever turns into a blessing in disguise.

Deneza smiles wickedly and looks at Leilanie who had already lost her mind by walking towards her location slowly like a grim reaper.

'It would be best if that wood is a scythe' She thought.

Leilanie who stood in front of her raises her two hands which currently holding the wood. She looked at her with a blank expression.

'Whatever if you are the one who will do the deed. It doesn't matter to me now."

Another loud noise could be heard and sent Deneza flying as she laid in the floor motionless.

Her consciousness is fading.

'Kill me already...' The last sentence she could ever say in her mind when she totally lost consciousness.
