RING

"Shit!! Rustain come back!!" Rouge tried to grab Rustain but he didn't reach him in time because of Gludo who is pinging him to the ground while still stuck in Lilith's illusions.

Rustain faded into the chaos and not soon after Rouge heard a loud roaring and a three-headed beast wolf came savagely and destroyed everything in the streets.

"A devil hound? A part of the city wall has collapsed" Rouge said he looked at Gludo and with force, he shook Gludo to wake up freeing him from the illusion. "Get up! I need to go after Rustain"

Gludo starred at Rouge for a moment trying to analyze what is happening.

"What happened, where's Rustain? What is that devil hound that an E rank beast doing in town? Ugh... My head hurts!" Gludo rubbed his head trying to relieve the tension in his head.

"I don't have time for this, I'll leave on your own you're a master blacksmith you can handle yourself," Rouge said. "But Rustain on the other hand is still in the third circle of bronze rank"

Rouge immediately stood up and immediately ran toward the direction Rustain took, leaving Gludo who was still confused.

Along the way, chaos surrounded the city numerous Magicians, swordsmen, archers, fighters, and Priests roamed the streets killing every beast in sight. Each one of them effortlessly slaughtered all the beast seeing this Rouge focused on catching up with Rustain he touched his sword by his waist and the ring on his finger glowed for a second and so is the sword which vanished removing 200-pound weight from Rouges body and instantly his body became lighter and so his movements he vanished from where he was standing and only to reappear above on one of the city's tall buildings.

"Where the fuck are you??" Rouge reinforced his senses scanning the city but he can't seem to locate Rustain. "Wait, he must be in the hospital"

Rouge came down and resumed his search for Rustain, he took the shortest route to the hospital, and along the way, Rouge encountered a very lifeless and sinister scene.

The land around 20 meters in diameter became barren and in the center, there is a skeletal remains of a bloodhound it's bone was dry and on the verge of turning to dust, and not far from there is the skeleton holding a baby skeleton, Rouge stopped to what he saw and further investigated.

"What in the world happened here, every life around the vicinity is nowhere to be found as if it was taken or much worse Erase from existence." Rouge tries to go inside the range of the barren soil, with each step he takes the concrete road and so as the before fertile soil turns into dust.

The closer Rouge gets towards the center the stronger the feeling of dread overtakes him, with his willpower Rouge shook off the feeling and remembered his goal, he immediately left the place and set his eyes on the hospital

"That nearly devoured my will to live, what happened to that place to emit such a strong force of death, if a normal person goes there they would instantly die from a heart attack because of the concentrated death energy from that place." Rouge thought while continuously dashing toward the hospital.

Rouge arrived at the front door of the hospital only to find half of it to be in ruins and some were still on fire, he immediately saw Frieza helping some of the patients to evacuate the vicinity.

"Frieza!!" Rouge rushed to where she was.

"Rouge?? Huh? Where is Rustain??" Frieza looked at Rouge worriedly?

Rouge hearing this immediately knew that Rustain is still in danger and rushed back to the last place he saw Rustain and traced back his steps.

Rouge's eyes widened, his face became pale, and his hand shivered in fear that Rustain was still out there.

*Rustain is a third circle magician he can handle himself but the guild who is after him is still out there and so are the people responsible for this chaos. The city is not safe I must find him*

Rouge searched everywhere then he recalled the ring he gave Rustain.

"I can trace the location of the ring if it is still in the city, /Groazfy/" Rouge without a second thought cast search magic throughout the city and a gentle seismic wave came out of him and everything around him became clear and so is one thing he did not feel the presence of the ring it's as if Rustain vanished.

Rouge fell to his knees when he realized that Rustain is nowhere to be found. He clenched his fist in anger for failing to protect a person he holds dear to him.

"RUSTAIN!!!!"

Three weeks later after the incident, Rustain is still missing.

The city walls are being repaired after the incident and are almost done but the broken hope inside Rouge is still far from repaired. Near the window, Rouge is sitting with his body covered in constraints.

(Knock, knock)

The door opened and Frieza came in holding a bowl of soup. Rouge turned his gaze towards her with his dead eyes; he looked at her serenely; his dried lips, pale completion, and lifeless gaze greeted her as Frieza entered the room.

"Rouge you need to eat, you used mind oppression on the nurse that supposedly is the one feeding you, you know it will take a week before she can recover. You need your strength you can't continue on ng as this"Frieza said as she placed the soup on the table.

Frieza who started offensive toward him is now showing a very caring side of her, it pains her to see one of her close friends in this state.

"What's the point Rustain is still missing? Who should I protect when they are one to protect? I failed. I know I did despicable things before but why did the gods take their life, is it their fate? Or my retribution first was Mistress, then Mariah, and now Rustain. Why is this happening??" Rouge lifelessly said to Frieza?

Frieza pitted Rouge and embraced him tightly comforting him.

"It's okay Rouge I'm still here you're not the only one in pain," Frieza said.

"Why did the Mistress not run back then why mist she stayed, she even gave her son to Mariah and send her to earth to protect him, but it was in vain we fail the Mistress our Master. WHYY!!!" Rouge lost it he became too aggressive and began to savagely moved to hope to destroy the constraints wrap around him. "ARGHHH!!! UNTIE THIS INSTANT REMOVE YOUR SEALING ENCHANTMENTS!!!!"

"You were the youngest of the seven of us, but also the most destructive, sorry Rouge you almost turned the city into a wasteland after knowing Rustain is gone this is the only way to escape the prosecution" Frieza left the room with conflicted feelings towards Rouge.

Outside the door five strong-looking Sidhe guarded the room; they emitted a domineering aura but Frieza was unfazed as she gave orders to them.

"Lock the room and make sure he would not escape," Frieza said as one of the Sidhe one by one locked the seven keyholes of the door.

Out of the tense air around them, they continued to listen as the rampaging Rouge shouted endlessly inside the Room, before Frieza could leave a young-looking Sidhe to make running toward Frieza his eyes were filled with news of fear and so is the parchment he is holding.

"Ma'am we found a trace of the same biological composition as the one you gave us but we only found an arm" Sidhe gave the parchment to Frieza.

Frieza's eyes widen as she reads the report, holding the parchment tightly she walks toward the door where Rogue is confined and kicks it hard as possible and even the locks that even Rouge can't forcefully was instantly destroyed with one kick from Frieza.

"M--MA--MA'AM??" The Sidhe were left with awe after what they saw.

Frieza entered the room and saw Rouge laying on the floor who was hit why the metal door that Frieza kicked opened.

"Rouge change of plan and this time we need Jackson," Frieza told Rouge who immediately knew what she meant.

"Does this mean Rustain really--" Rouge came back to his sanity.

In all the commotion the extras behind Frieza and Rouge started to mumble to themselves.

"Jackson?? Who's that."

"Based on what is happening right now I would guess it's the demigod of necromancy"
