Chapter 1

I was enjoying my sleep when my mom started shouting at me to wake up

'nath are u going to spend the whole day at bed'? She will always asked

'mom i will be up in 5'. I replied

'if i meet you there i will cut your ball off'. She said

One thing i fear about my mom is that she always mean her words. I quickly got up and head to the bathroom, i was done in five and i went to my closet and pick a gold trouser and a white t-shirt, i came down to see my mom waiting for me at the dinning.

' i thought you were going to take forever'? She said simling

I love my mom more than anyother person and i could die for her, i know she would do the same for me. I sat at the dinning table eating my meal before going to school. At school i meant my bestfriend at the parking lot wating for me.

' i thought you were not going to come' he said jokely

' nah, i was busy enjoying my sleep' i replied

' always sleeping, when are u going to grow up and act like a man'? He asked

' am a man, you know you can't beat me at a sword fight am better than you' i said smiling

He was slient when i said that, i knew he was angry at me by my words so i throw my hands around his sholuder and wisper to his ear

'am sorry for saying that, i promise to teach you' i said

'ok am not angry so far you fulfill your promise, deal'?

' deal' i said

We went to class as always all the girls eye were on my bestie coz he is very handsome. Not that am not handsome, i use my powers to make me look good coz i hate been the center of attention.

My school are for people with powers coz they are teaching us how to use our power, our fighting skill and more. Oh my i forgot to tell you my bestie name his name is charles, his power are illusion and part from my mom he is the only one that knows about my powers because I Know he can be trusted and most times he risks his life to save mine and what I also loved about him was that he was truthful, humans do attend our school becoz the war also affect them. When we arrive at class, i went to my sit and sit down thinking about vision i have been have lately when rose the crazy bitch with here friends came into the class the class, she was know to be a famous bully who bullies anyone she felt was weak or she consider him/she trash and this attitude of hers makes other student scared. She was was from the blood line of the first witches and her powers were great but not compare to mine, her family was highly value in the community that's why she was able to go scott free with whatever she does. Time went fast and i was back form school, i freshen up and went in to put on a shirt and short before going to the kitchen to get myself some food to eat. I was done cooking and the whole kitchen was filled with the aroma of my food, been alone with mom have taught me enough to know how to cook and do other stuff, after admiring my food I dish it out and put it on the dining table and as I was about to eat my meal , I suddenly caught sight of something, moving around with great speed and I was curious to know what it's was so i left my food and tip toe to observe it or better sti to get a good view of what it's was when something drew me with a great force sinking me inside.

I was drawen into the shadow, every where was dark the smell of blood filled the air i have to cover my nose before i started walking. I saw different types of demons, the place was filled up with different sort of unholy things, things that one would never think twice of looking at at it, as i was walking but none of them were able to come close to me it's was as if they were afraid of me or might be they were commanded not to hurt me so I gently mind my business and continue walking, I saw a demom draging a lady on the floor as the demon was about to eat the woman i sent a fire blast at it making it burn to ashes, I was shocked because I felt so strong and at peace with the environment it was as if I was home because my power level was at its peak. The woman ran to me and thank me, i thought she was going to leave but i was worng she held my hand and look fearful into my eyes as if trying to read my mind so I smiled at her and gave her reassuring nod,Before i could even ask her, her name i smell a very power scent around, so I quickly send her back to the human world and i saw the demons bowing down to nobody, just then as I was still wondering what was happening I caught sight of a fire blast coming my way so i quickly block it out and then i heard clapping come form the shadow now am ready to attack just then he came, he looked exactly at me some may even think that we are twins but I know who he was, he is my father, he look exactly like me.

'Why do you keep on protecting them? They are trash and are meant to be food for us' he said 

'For you and your people not me' i replied '

"common we do not have to agure about it, you have the blood in your veins and you can't change it'. When he said those words i was weak i couldn't say a word and i was feeling strange i felt my demon trying to come out to take control of my body I was battling with my mind when my dad broke the slince

'son i brought you here to warn you of the danger you are into please be carefuly' he said

I saw the care and fear in his eye before i could say a word i was back to were i was with the lady with me, i sent her out and i was unable to eat my meal, I lost all energy to lift anything up I was wondring what he meant for me to be careful, lots of question were in my mind but i dont know who to ask

'why are u killing yourself over it?' my inner demon said

' I thought u were dead demon'? I replied '

" I have a name, and secondly am always with you but I was waiting for .... Someone is coming see ya later' he said quickly

what your name'? I asked

'solomon' he said before cutting up the mind connection.

The front door was open and my mom came in and she was tired with the look on her face, i help her with the shopping bags, I took the food stuffs to the kitchen and quickly made dinner and we ate together. It was late already i made sure my mom was asleep before calling solomon, he answerd once

'Am here' he said

'i know you heared what my father said, do you know what he meant by that words'?

He was slient for a while before speaking up

'for you to understand this let me tell you about your father and his brothers and why your father is worried about you.'
