Her Intentions

Gerant was on hot water lately cause his mother kept on nagging him that he needs to start a family. but for him each time family was mentioned Garthy's image would pop up in his mind they haven't been chatting lately though he didn't realize it he badly missed her.

Gerant was at work when he received a call from his mother" mmmh "

" don't you dare ' mmh ' me!! am your mother "

" if you don't have anything to say am hanging up "

" you.... looks like you have grown up now huh "

" is it now you are realizing it "

" then start a family!!!!!! "

" since you are very well aware that I have grown up you should stop forcing me to do something that I don't want to do "

" you ....."

" looks like you had an argument with Dad and you came to vent your anger at me and you keep on throwing your tantrums at me, but sorry to announce am not in the mood " with that he ended her call and blacklisted her.

" aaah so annoying " he mumbled

Today Gerant finished his work early " aah finally " he stretched out his hands and paused mid way ( how can I forget about my pretty kitten ) remembering Garthy a barely visible smile crept on his face, scrolling down the phone, went to the favorite tab with only one contact written ' my kitten ' ( it takes alot of energy to give this kitten a single call am always drained, always powerless, always helpless when it comes to my little kitten one day I will surely die ) Gerant complained inward.

After gathering all the courage in his body he only managed to type a ' Hi ' with a lot of effort.( ughhhh this is crazy, definitely insane ) he complained with a helpless look.

Garthy's shift just ended at the Cafe when Gerant' s message chimed in.

checking the sender it turned out to the contact save as ' my masked husband ' ( aah looks like my husband finally remembered me )

" hey Gerant "

" how have you been lately?"

" cool as always. and yours? "

" stressful as always, sorry I haven't been able to check on you lately "

" hey what's their to apologise we're friends ( / husband ) remember "

" where are you ? "

(aaah my husband is so considerate )" huus....I just knocked off and am on my way home" ( you almost got yourself in trouble, silly )

( she acting weird )" oh where's your workplace I will come and pick you up "

" oh that's.... sunrise cafeteria near the park "

" alright stay there I will be coming "

" alright I'll wait for you ( husband ) drive safe"

with that they stopped texting, Gerant went to the underground parking lot, got in his Mark-x and drove off to pick his kitten.

upon arriving he sighted Garthy standing at the entrance, engrossed in her phone that she didn't even notice that the car was in front of her not until the car honked.

" aaaaaaaaaaaah " she jerked up the air while tightly hugging her bag as if her life was depends on it.

seeing his little kitten reaction Gerant laughed hard. And this laughter could contain all the laughs that he has ever laughed in his entire life.

" aaaaaaaaaaaah oh my gash are you crazy? are you blind? did someone pay you to run on me? uh do you want to go to jail and leave your family hanging? huh don't you Love your wife and kids? what will they do if they find out that their father is a reckless driver?" Garthy shouted at the driver inside the car.

seeing no movement from the car Garthy's anger shot up to another level she kicked the car's wheel and shouted " you can't even apologise? huh alright just wait and watch let me call the police " she said while taking out her phone, she didn't even finish writing the number when are phone was snatched " hey yo..." she couldn't even continue talking because of the person who got her phone it was then did she realize that it was him who was driving the car.

what can she do apart from pretending like she was roaming around without a specific direction.

seeing the way his kitten was behaving he could only chuckle ( my kitten is really amusing and wild ).

Given who was aimlessly roaming around was embarrassed to the core that she only wished to fly to heaven.

" alright enough of the roaming, it's getting late, let's get going" Gerant said in a cheerful voice but the latter was to embarrassed to face him.

" Garthy are you coming or not ? or maybe you are too tired to walk? do you want me to come over and carry you?" he said with a raised eyebrow

listening that he will carry her, she jerked " oh no no no please don't bother am cool " as she hurriedly said without caring about the path ahead of her

" ouch "

" are you okay? what happened ?" asked Gerant worriedly as he was checking her if she was hurt only a red ankle, he sighed in relief he thought it was something serious.

" aaaah you scared the hell out of me you know, so next time when you are screaming please ensure that you scream softly like ' aaooouuuch ' you kno....OUCH " Gerant screamed " but why did you pinch me " Gerant complained as he pouted while carrying Garthy.

" You...I never knew that you are a such a jerk you hooligan you I don't want a friend like you hmmph " Garthy said while punching his chest.

" hey madam if you keep on punching me I will lose my balance and you Will fall down and you Will strain your ankle again and you Will...."

" OOOOH SHUT UP JUST SHUT UP!!!!!!!!"

" hahahaha"

" oh so now you are laughing, Gerant you know what I wish I never met you you are so annoying hmmph "

" alright I'll stop teasing my friend, aah now let's get your ankle treated mmh, right m . a . d . a . m " he asked gently

" hmmmph stop being all lovey and dovey now hurry up do something about my ankle or else am going to die soon if it's not treated in time and I don't want to die Young and before I notice my very own wedding " Garthy said with a dreamy expression.

" hahahaha "

" of not madam how can you die without this best friend of yours witnessing you getting married "

" ma'am Mrs Gray is here " the Butler said with respect.

" ooh my dearest friend Janet is here please let her in and please save some tea in the garden " Mrs Evans was delighted as she hurriedly went to to the garden.

upon reaching the garden she sighted a familiar figure sitting elegantly with her back facing her.

" my dearest friend Janet look at you looking all lovely long time " Mrs Evans said.

" oh my dear Elise you flatter me you are not looking bad yourself " Mrs Gray said as they elegantly exchange friendly hugs.

The two sat down as they discussed alot of things they only stopped talking because the Butler brought tea.

As they where sipping their tea Mrs Evans broke the silence, " Janet I almost forgot to ask earlier how is your daughter being doing lately ? cause as far as am concerned she's still abroad " Mrs Evans asked.

Mrs Gray choked on her tea " hey take it easy I was only asking " Mrs Evans comforted

" aah what a good friend you are I almost forgot that my daughter is coming back tomorrow so I'll have to go back home early to prepare her arrival " Mrs Gray explained.

" oh about that I have something to ask about your daughter...is she seeing anyone lately ? " Mrs Evans asked

Mrs Gray was taken back by the question " of course not otherwise she would have informed me already " she exclaimed

" perfect well then if that's the case I was thinking of something"

" oh Elise please stop dancing around the bush am too old to start guessing you know " Mrs Gray complained.

" I want Gerant and Lauren to get married "
