Lunely's PoV

I was a bit nervous that time as I called Mark over the phone. This really is annoying! I already have a lot of problems, and this one only adds up! I wish I hadn't read that diary. My head hurts even more! Oh my ...

"Do you have your free time Mark?" I asked as I gently swirled some parts my hair just to calm my head while looking at the diary. Hmm...

"Well, I'm always having a lot of time so... Do you find any evidence? Professor Scyamore and I were still looking for clues about Professor Seth-"

"Y-Y-You don't have to. From what I saw minutes ago, I feel like what you're saying is true Mark." Actually, I am still confused. Why would Professor Seth do such thing to Leiro? What's with my crush and he wants to kill it huh?

"Eh? So that means you find something?" Mark asked, as I just nodded and closed my eyes. "Well, what did you find?"

"It's all about Liana. Six months ago, she went on a mission. Prof. Seth ordered her to kill Lei Roland for an unknown reason, but because of Leiro's vigilance with her she was forced not to pursue it, which made Prof. Seth is really mad. " I tried opening the last page since I kind of forgot the content.

"I see, so Prof. Seth really is a monster. But what about Liana's death? Do you find anything about it?" Mark asked me once again as I slowly opened the diary and headed to its last page.

"Yes, and it says here, Liana's death was all just a set-up. She wanted to die for Leiro's sake, and a truck driver and a doctor helped her to make her plan a success. But my guess is a bit different here." Eep, here I am again. Although there is already evidence but, I feel that Liana is alive.

"What do you mean?"

"Maybe ... Liana's still alive?" I told him when he suddenly laughed a little. "Curse you Mark! It was just my opinion and I do have a reason for that!"

"What?... Don't take it seriously Lunely but, we all know that Liana's dead already right? Then how come you jumped into that conclusion?"

"Well, think about it ... A doctor helped her with her plan. If we were to think, the doctor would make a way just to make her alive, am I right? It was mentioned here that she planned to pretend to be dead to avoid and get away from Leiro. The truck driver will also do the same, if I were to think. Of course, killing his boss will cause him trouble, am I right?"

Suddenly, Mark was silent. Well, it seems like I convinced him to believe me. Hmph...

"Hmm... You are somehow right Lunely. If it is really a set-up, then there is a chance that Liana's still alive and living on her own right now. My, this will be harder than I thought." Mark sighed as I heard some papers crumpled gently over my phone.

But ... Mark is a trustworthy person. He will never do something that will harm into another innocent person, or the two of us ... So maybe I should trust him for now.

"Um ... Mark? Can I confess something?" I softly asked as I still struggled to fight my nervousness. My, it seems like this is the time I told Leiro the truth I feel for him ... My, that's too embarrassing!

"Sure, what is it?"

"But please, don't tell this to anyone, okay? It's about Leiro ... Well, he's ... I ... He ... He's my patient now. I was tasked to take care of him and believe me, Prof. Seth said nothing about Leiro's murder to me. " I confessed, as I closed my eyes deeply while feeling the cold air swirling around me.

"DON'T MAKE ANY HASTY ORDERS, YOU IDIOT!" I shouted over the phone as he just ended up laughing. "Think about it! Leiro doesn't know about this, are you dumb?! Her parents chose to hide this truth from him since maybe this is the reason for his ESCD to rise, don't you understand?! Just ... let's take this easy okay? For now, we should try to get his attention all by myself. Any wrong move and maybe something bad will happen to him. You got it? "

You're really annoying Mark. Yet, thank goodness and he doesn't know much about Leiro. Seriously, I'm really taking no second chances to end his life in just one flick if he does something wrong to Leiro.

"Understood. And please calm down yourself okay? I wasn't thinking straight so I'm sorry. For now, I'll continue my research about Liana. You just take care of everything there. Since you know Leiro, so I'm leaving the rest to you, and tell me if you find more evidences, okay?"

"Roger that. Well, I'm out." I said as I quickly hanged up the call. I let out a deep sigh as looked up to the blue sky and felt the cold wind as my phone rang once again. Oh, it's Yusarine.

"Hayy ... It's a good thing you called Yusarine. Don't you know how many hours I wasted to contact you-"

Suddenly, I heards sobs all over the phone. Wait, Yusarine's crying? Wait, this is unexpected- why, what happened to her? Is there anything happened that I don't know?

"Wait, Yus, calm down, okay? Try to breath gently and tell me where you are now, understand? Are you still on Zion's place? Where are you now? And why are you crying huh? Answer me I'm Yus ... "I chopped her up with questions and reminders as he spoke slowly.

"Sis Lou ... I'll just say everything when we meet ... I'm here at the airport now, Sis Lou ... I don't want to go back to my home... Help me Sis Lou ... Help me ..." Yusarine cried even more as I quickly hanged up my phone and rushed towards Manang Fae who was busy preparing something for dinner.

"Manang Fae, is our driver here?" I asked her as I tried to catch my breath. Manang Fae was a bit surprised about my condition so she tried asking me about it.

"Yes, he's outside. Why, is there a problem? It looks like you're in a hurry now ..." Manang Fae asked as he wiped his hands with the apron.

"I'm okay Manang Fae. I'm just going somewhere now. I can handle this thing so don't worry." I tried to smile just to convince her to believe me, and thank goodness she believed.

I rushed outside the mansion and asked the driver if I could be taken to the airport. He agreed as we hurriedly went inside the car, with fear and confusions swirling with me once again.

After thirty minutes of driving I finally reached the airport. It was my second time to be here, and I still can't forget what happened here that almost destroyed my world, but thank goodness Yusarine's there to help me. That's why, I will pay back what she did.

From a distance, I suddenly saw her with a yellow off-shoulder dress and a pair of pink sandals. Meron din siyang bag sa likuran niya, and I can still see that she's still crying.

"Sis Lou... I'm sorry!!!"

She suddenly ran towards me and hugged me all of a sudden. She cried even more as she let her bag go and hugged me tightly. Well, I still don't know why she's crying but I'll let her calm down for now.

"Shall we go home now, manong driver?"

"Well, I have no choice, Ma'am Lou, we'll take Ma'am Yusarine home. But when Ma'am and Sir find this out-"

"Don't worry driver. I'll take care of that." I winked at the driver's hand as he slowly took Yusarine's bag and placed it in the back of the car. I also slowly helped Yusarine to get into the car since she is a bit weak now.

But yeah, I guess we should let her rest for now...

It was four o'clock in the afternoon when Yusarine and I arrived at Leiro's mansion. Leiro wasn't there at that time so it was safe for me to ask Yusarine about it. And besides, Leiro will probably understand that Yusarine will sleep here in the mansion so that would be great.

Manang Fae also helped me take care of Yusarine for the meantime. Yusarine's body is so weak now that she really fell asleep upon arriving at the mansion. I lent her a dress first since her bag contained nothing but those files from U.S.A and her personal belongings. Yusarine ... Why did you become like this? What really happened-

"Lunely?"

Suddenly, a familiar voice echoed down from the first floor. And I wouldn't be surprised since it's Leiro. I can feel that he's climbing up the stairs while he talked but I chose to be silent.

"I went to see you at the M.L. Institution earlier but Briella told me you were on leave... Did something happen-"

Leiro suddenly stopped speaking when he opened the door and saw Yusarine lying on his bed.

"Wait, Yusarine?!"

"Lower your voice, Kuya Lei! You see Yusarine resting, don't you?" I whispered as I pouted. Hmph, don't you have any respects for the sleepers, Leiro? My...

"I'm sorry ... But, what is Yusarine doing here? Shouldn't she be there now in the U.S.A.? Why is she here?" Leiro asked me as I just bowed my head.

"Well, I could ask the same thing too, brother Lei, but Yusarine suddenly came back here without a reason, and she was crying earlier so I rested her first." Well, hopefully I could convince him.

"Please Kuya Lei, Yusarine doesn't want to go back to their house first. I don't know the reason why but, she wants to live here for the time being." I smiled as Leiro just scratched his head.

"Well, if you need something, just tell me okay?" Leiro smiled as he slowly walked towards Yusarine and slowly pat her head as he does to me every time I sleep.

"Yusarine's been a great cousin to me, and it also hurts me if something bad happens to her. So please, don't hesitate to ask me about anything, okay?" He smiled as he turned back to me and suddenly kissed my forehead without a reason. Well, I didn't say anything. I'm used to it so yeah.

After Leiro left, I stared at Yusarine for a bit when I noticed her whole body was shaking again. She kept on mumbling about something as I tried to wake her up.

"Yus, wake up! Yus !! Yusarine !!" I shouted at her as I kept on shaking her body when she suddenly got up from lying down as she shouted.

"Kuya Zion!!!"

Suddenly, my whole world froze the moment Yusarine spoke. I can barely move, and I can see her crying so much while confessing that thing into me.

"Sis Lou, I'm so sorry !!! But I'm reluctant to kill Kuya Zion!"
