I am still sitting in the car just taking in as everyone is starting to get to the gym. I know that I have to get out of this car but I struggle to get the courage to face my buddies. Then I suddenly realized why I did not want to go to the reunion.

It was not just about Penny hovering around me the entire night but it was me having to face what I have done to my friends. It is strange how life brings you back full circle to the one place that you are trying to avoid your entire life.

But then I see my grandpa's face in front of me and I realized that I am not the boy that I used to be. He really wants me to go to this reunion and I do not want to let him down.

"For goodness sake, you are a grown man!"

I have had the toughest meetings that you can get with the richest CEOs in the world. I can handle them with my eyes closed but put me in front of my high school and for some reason, I crumble.
