Chapter 6

By the time Brutus got to town it was almost the next day he rode his horse so fast you could barely get a glimpse of him as his long grey hair blew with the wind. He grabbed Armour, food, and.... a sword.

At the castle were princess luna was getting ready for the wedding that was in two hours. The prince and princess were getting married at dawn in the ballroom and then would go straight to a private island for their honey moon were they would condensate the marriage. The princess was not ready for that but what choice did she have she was women.

"The wedding is starting my princess we have to go before the groom comes" one of the maids said to the princess.

"Alright I'm ready let's go" Luna said in a quiet tone

She walked her way to the ball room and as she opened the door everyone stood up and started to bow there heads to her as she made her way to a table. She waited for the prince to come in while the room was completely silent, not even the musicians were playing.

Prince Gerard finally stepped into the room with his father king George on his right and Lunas father king Ralph on the left with their arms linked. They walked prince Gerard to the priest and while he stood there everyone else stood up. Lunas father grabbed her arm and started walking her down the aisle.

They both exchanged their vows. They only got to one I do when Brutus came barging through the door with a full set of gold Armour and a iron sword in his left hand.

"There will not be a wedding today!" Brutus said determined

"Excuse me brother who the hell do you think your talking to!" Gerard yelled back at Brutus

"You.. your a monster just like our father is" " he killed our mother did you know that and as far as I'm concerned your just like him" Brutus yelled at Gerard

"Ha! our mother was a whore. Stop being an idiot and tell me why your here" Gerard demanded.

"First I'm taking Luna with me and we are leaving she doesn't deserve you, you'll probably just do to her what our father did to our mother and I'll be damned if I were to let that happen all you do is treat her like her shit!" Brutus said to Gerard continuing with "and before I leave and I am ending your life and then our fathers"

"I'd like to see you try brother"

Gerard grabbed one of the guards swords and ran straight to his brother when Brutus blocked his shot and swung at his feet to knock him down.

Gerard tried to get back up when Brutus took his sword and threw it behind him were Luna was standing.

"Luna! Grab my sword for me quick" Gerard yelled at Luna

"No Gerard no you don't control me anymore and I don't love you. You always treat me like shit when Brutus has treated me better than you ever will"

"Brutus is the devils son" Gerard said to Luna

Lunas eyes widened when he heard what Gerard said but then remembered the things that Brutus said to her while they were in Lunas bedroom.

"You that's fine because he's treated me more like an actual princess than you ever had so even if he was the son of satan I know in my heart I could forget all of that because for once in my life I have actually felt like somebody genuinely cared about me for me" Luna said to Gerard as she started to cry

Brutus started to close in on Gerard ready to kill him before Luna stepped in and begged for him to kill his brother for it was still his brother. She convinced him to turn around and they would run away together far far away from this corrupted kingdom.

Brutus dropped his weapon and took off his Armour. He grabbed Lunas hand and kissed it then kissed he. He brought her outside before the knights could catch them and they rode off into the sunrise.

They were both refugees and were constantly being hunted by both Lunas fathers knights and now Gerard's fathers knights as well. The wind was blowing hard and it was cold. Luna grabbed onto Brutus waist and started to cry as she whispered in his ear. "I'm scared what if they find us?"

Brutus replies saying "don't worry because we're we are going they will never find us my love"

They headed towards the meadows were Brutus' mother met satan, he hoped that the house would still be there but it was in ruins when they arrived.

"This is beautiful Brutus were are we?"

"The place were my mother and father met each other. Luna it's true what my brother said I am the son of satan" but before Brutus could finish his sentence Luna cut him off

"It's fine Brutus it's ok i still want to be with you more than I've ever wanted to be with someone. And It's ok what happened to the house we can rebuild it together."

Brutus just kept looking into her beautiful yellow eyes, smiled, and kissed her. As he did he brought her closer to his chest. So close that they could hear each others heartbeats as they started to sync with one another.

Next is the overthrowing of the two kingdoms.
