I walked through the dark alleys after finishing my shift of working and the cafe it was a long hectic day as it was weekend and people were on dates it was a Autumn night the crumbling or fallen leaves could be heard as I walked through them and there was a peaceful silence opening the creaking as I laid down "ding ding" the bell was heard such a piss off i say! I walked through the small apartment of mine and opened the door just to see my landlord, little did I know that the wave of something bad occurred to me "hi Imani how are you doing kid? " She asked concerned. To be honest I really liked her and the way she cared for me She was just a pure soul. "I am doing well Miss Lin! How about you? Please come inside. I said. " I am good, I came here to inform you something important ". I frowned in confusion not knowing what was it so important related to me. I definitely paid the rent this month. She continued " As you know my son lives in the other city he is now coming over with his soon to be wife and he doesn't have a place to stay... ". No no no this can't happen don't tell me it's true I thought but i managed to slightly smile and nod. " If you don't mind can you please look for some other place to stay?". Ughhh noo why... Why is it always me i ugh shit!! I couldn't even tell anything to her cause she loved her son so much.. Duh I wish I had parents or someone to live with

"Yes Miss Lin I am sure gonna try to check the new places but I need time atleast for a week please? ". I said smiling but little did she know that I was crying inside not knowing what to do cause I was adjusted to this rent and lifestyle again a new place, again packing, again shifting, again gotta adjust uff. She thanked me and went away as though I invited her to have some tea Closing the door turning back I took a good look around the room I pretty much had less things which I owned. It was just a small apartment with one bedroom, living room, a kitchen, and a washroom. Let's start arranging stuff Imani you can do this I thought and started gng through the cartoon boxes to see what I wanted and what not
