The door to the dining hall opened.

Such an entrance I received, Count Leo laughed heartily as his wife held onto his arm in silence giving a forced smile.

"Your highness! Apologies for being late, we had to fix something for you, a gift to properly welcome you in the province of Günhild." (Count Leo) apologies and the couple both greets me one with a bow and the other a curtsy.

I know in my new title of the crown princess, I have no need to curtsy in front of nobility whose ranks are lower than mine.

However, in order to gain some of their trust or see me aloof I suppose I'll indulge in making the count feel like he's equal to me.

I gave him a formal curtsy, and smiled looking happy and surprised to deceive him. "I thank the Count for your consideration of me- giving a gift of welcome, I am ashamed that I did not prepare anything on hand."
