49 Century shopping mall

It was just past 9 when everyone arrived at Fengshan's entrance. Mu Ke and the Kim siblings brought their cars, so they decided to spread into two groups: Yan Shu and Bai Ying went with Mu Ke while Song Yun rode with the Kim siblings.

Everything set, they headed to Century Shopping Mall in Imperial City.

Imperial City was the richest place in the country and as such, it also had the highest living costs. And the place that best exemplified it was the Century Shopping Mall. If it were just Yan Shu and Song Yun, they would choose another place, but they weren't by themselves. Despite their looks, the Bai, Kim, and Mu families were well known for their businesses and had a lot of money.

An hour later, they finally reached the mall. As they went in, they immediately headed towards the nearest clothes shop and started browsing for business clothes. A salesgirl soon approached and helped them. They all brought two pairs of black suits, save for Yan Shu who brought lighter colored ones. Being the team leader, she needed to wear more contrasting colors.

All the while, everyone else kept bugging Yan Shu to go drinking later, to the point where she agreed just to make them shut up.

When done with that, and being there already, they decided to buy a few more things that quickly added up to the point where they needed help to carry all of it. Watches, purses, clothes, shoes, jewelry, and even more clothing. Their bill skyrocketed, leaving Song Yun feeling quite guilty. She didn't think that they would be coming somewhere so expensive, so she didn't bring that much money.

To her surprise, Yan Shu took care of it and paid for both of them with her credit card. But how did her friend get that much money? Even with her now working at the Chen Groups, that was still a lot of money and she probably used most of her savings on that single bill.

After paying for everything, Yan Shu asked the manager for some help to carry their bags, which he was all too happy to do seeing how their group bought more than one million Yuan in products. So he picked some of the salespeople to go with their group and help them carry their stuff.

Among those salespeople was the salesgirl who attended to them when they were browsing. She had a large grin plastered on her face. After such a large buy from Yan Shu's group, her commission broke the hundred thousand dollars mark, a new record for the store's salespeople.

As for the rest of them, they could only regret not being quicker to approach Yan Shu's group.

After stuffing their things the trunks of their cars, the group thanked the salespeople and left to the nearest restaurant to have lunch. When done, they hopped back in their cars and headed home
