11 Secrets of the Midi-chlorians

The scientists and I were in the giant laboratory. After combining both the light and the dark side of Revan and making his mind and soul whole once again, he was brought to the medical wing for examinations. I can sense great potential within the Midi-chlorians. Not only for the Star Wars Universe but also for my gene seed.
The Midi-chlorians are microscopic, intelligent life forms that originated from the foundation of life in the centre of the galaxy and ultimately resided within the cells of all living organisms, thereby forming a symbiotic relationship with their hosts. The key word here is 'living organisms'. This is especially important, because of the Tyranid problem that we will inevitably face.
Why is that so important?
The Tyranids are an extragalactic composite species of hideous, insectoid Xenos. They actually comprise an entire space-faring ecosystem comprised of innumerable different bioforms which are all variations on the same genetic theme.
The Tyranid species is ultimately dedicated solely to its own survival, propagation and evolutionary advancement. The Tyranids collectively form a monstrous superorganism that travels across the universe in their great hive fleets of biomechanical Hive Ships, systematically consuming all other biomatter to enable their own rapid evolution and reproduction.
The Tyranids are likened to a galactic swarm consuming everything in its path, feeding on entire worlds and leaving only dead husks in their wake. Their threat is such that an unprotected planet can be infested and stripped clean of all its organic material in a matter of solar weeks without even slowing down the advance of the hive fleet.

What this means is that the Tyranids go around the Galaxy, kill and consume anything biological in nature and use this information to evolve and grow. This is dangerous due to multiple reasons. First, it means that they are constantly learning and evolving on how to counter or fight an enemy. Anything except the Necrons are in danger here.
The second problem is that any trait I would give or add to the gene-seed would sooner or later be consumed by the Tyranids and then used against us. And that is catastrophic beyond imagination. That can't happen. So my idea was to somehow make the gene seed into a blank, and remove all genetic information. That way the Tyranids won't gain anything from those they consume.
But the Midi-chlorians offer a much better alternative. They will allow me to do so much more and at the same time achieve what I wanted to achieve. As soon as an individual dies, the Midi-chlorians or as I will call them, the gene-seed will die and disappear. I will change it, so that happens. If a cell, leaves the body, it will be considered dead and the gene seed will then die, in order to not give anyone any genetic information. At least that is the idea. I will need time to achieve that.

The Emperor dived deep into the topic of Midi-chlorians. The other scientists didn't do that, because when the Emperor researches something, he will find out more and get results faster than anyone else. So they concerned themselves with the capabilities the energy field called 'the Force' granted. Revan was a willing subject and there was no cruel experimentation done to him. He was, after all, a future soldier for the Imperium.
Sith Lord Lana Beniko and Darth Marr on the other hand, were another topic. The scientists experimented on them but didn't maim them or anything. The two Siths could die for all they cared, but the Emperor could find out more. The Psykers and about 100 Adeptus Custodes were on the ship of Darth Marr. They were going to capture more Sith and other Force-sensitives. It was the mission the Emperor had given them. To capture more Sith for research purposes.
As time passed, the Emperor understood more and more. His infinite trains of thought were working overtime and it didn't even take one week for him to finally uncover the secrets that were the Midi-chlorians.

Imagine that. A secret that took Sith and Jedi millennia to try and understand, was completely understood and documented by the Emperor in one day. It is hard to imagine what it means to have infinite trains of thought, but thinking speed is instantaneous.
The way it works is like this:
1st: He comes up with an idea. This idea is then thrown around his mind, from one thought process to another. Yes, that's how it works for some reason.
2nd: As the first idea is processed, another idea comes to mind. This idea also goes through the same process and is juggled around more and more.
3rd: This continues the same way and since there is no limit to his thought processes, he can designate limitless thoughts to different ideas and think about how likely they are to produce useful results.
4th: Should an idea survive the onslaught of infinite nitpicking thoughts, the Emperor then does the necessary things to test his theory.
This way, every idea is carefully weighed and only very few things are actually tested. Since he can do all of this at the same time, the time necessary to do all of that is shortened to nothing. Imagine if someone works his entire life, 80 or 90 years to come up with something monumental. Take Dr. Abraham Eskrine. He created the Super Soldier Serum in, let's assume, 30-40 years.
Now imagine, Dr. Eskrine had 40 trains of thought he could use. It would stand to reason if we assume that it follows a linear pattern, that he could have created the Super Soldier Serum in one or maybe two years if he had the necessary funds and resources. Now divide those 40 years by infinity ... That's how long it would take the Emperor to find out the truth of something scientific.

So after one day, the Emperor uncovered the secret to the Midi-chlorian. The Wellspring of Life, a mystical world located in the centre of the galaxy, was the birthplace of the Midi-chlorians that served as the link between the Living Force within all life forms and the infinite Cosmic Force. It was also the foundation of life, with all life forms serving a symbiotic host for the living organisms native to the wellspring.
Something that was a mystery for billions upon billions of years, was solved in one day. It has to be noted, that he managed to do that, because of the knowledge he has about other technologies from the Warhammer 40k. It is still an unbelievable feat.

Midi-chlorian was the scientific name for a species of sentient and microscopic organisms that inhabited the cells of every life form. Their existence is integral to the all-encompassing energy field known as the Force, connecting the Living Force to the Cosmic Force.
The Living Force was the energy of all life. By springing from and feeding into the Cosmic Force, the Living Force created and grew the Force, an energy field that bound the galaxy together, and was the fundamental unity that underpinned all of creation by maintaining harmony between dualities such as life and death and light and dark, while also transcending them.
The Cosmic Force was the wellspring from which the Living Force, the energy of all life, sprang into all living things, and into which all life was feeding upon death, becoming one with it. Together, the Cosmic Force and the Living Force were the two parts making up the energy field created by, and also penetrating and surrounding all living things, that was life, death, rebirth and everything in between- the Force.
Basically, Force-sensitives use their control over the Living Force, to manipulate or affect the Cosmic energy or Cosmic Force. It is very simple. The more control one has over his own Living Force and the more Midi-chlorians he or she has, the more he can manipulate the Cosmic forces or energies of the Universe. It was as simple as that.

By serving as the link between the two aspects of the Force, the midi-chlorians make it possible to achieve immortality after death. With sufficient training and total immersion in the light side of the Force, the deceased could preserve their identity in the form of a Force spirit after becoming one with the Force. The reason for this is rather simple. The Living Force was created from the Cosmic Force, so by fully focusing on the Living Force and forming a close enough bond, it is possible to literally become part of that energy and live on ... as a 'Force Ghost'.
In addition to their connection with the Force, midi-chlorians live in a symbiotic relationship with their organic hosts - a bond that is especially strong with Force-sensitive beings, who possess a high quantity of midi-chlorians in their cells. This mutually advantageous relationship allows the midi-chlorians to communicate the will of the Force to their Force-sensitive symbionts, who are capable of utilizing the powers of the Force through the midi-chlorians.
And here lies the core of the secret that is the Midi-chlorians.
The Emperor didn't like 'the will of the Force' and so he dived deep into that topic. He thought he would have to go through tons of esoteric bullsh*t, but the truth of the matter was much simpler and infuriating.
The Midi-chlorians are but a communication device. They do communicate with the will of the Force, but this 'will' of the Force is not some mysterious will of the Universe or some higher power ... no, the 'will' of the Force is the Whills.
The Whills are microscopic single-celled life-forms who are essentially God; the will of the Force. Maintaining a symbiotic relationship with the midi-chlorians, the Whills feed off the Force and control the universe, offering destinies to sentients such as Anakin Skywalker, who was destined to be the Chosen One of the Force to act as the tool by which balance was restored to the Force - to restore balance and harmony to all of life by destroying those who violated and would continue violating the symbiosis of life; users of the corruptive, addictive force of the dark side.
Individuals were controlled by the Force's will, yet they had free will; all had a destiny if they wanted to follow it. The midi-chlorians are in turn symbionts with all of life: the midi-chlorians live in every single cell of every living thing, and communicate to living beings the will of the Whills' - the will of the Force.

The midi-chlorians are the ones that communicate with the Whills. And the Whills, in a general sense, are the Force.
The irony was almost funny. The Whills were similar to the C'tan from the Warhammer 40k Universe. They control and fully understand the universe's energies and forces, allowing them to do basically anything they want. Similar to the C'tan who revealed the secrets to the universes and the technology to control them to the Necrontyr.
Sure they could have given them sunscreen, but that is not as cool as to trick them into giving up all their souls for the C'tan to consume and then turning them into immortal living machines with the deadliest technology in the galaxy.

But the Emperor was now the wiser and understood what was going on. And there was even another good news. He now knew how to use these Midi-chlorians to not only create something similar for the gene-seed but to create more Force-sensitives, as well as increase or decrease the Midi-chlorian count in living beings.
The Emperor would use the Midi-chlorians to have each and every recipient of the gene-seed know the will of the Emperor. He will connect the gene seed to himself and communicate his will to the Midi-chlorians who will then transmit that to the human forces.
Something was certain though ... the Force or the Whills did not like what was going on.
