Chapter one

The Lion's gate academy was bursting with students walking around while the bell rang signifying the start of the days academic session some were happy walking to their class while others grumbled even even when taking books from their locker's and a typical example was liya strange a fifteen year old teenager with blonde hair who was angry almost breaking her locker's security lock " why the rash behavior's this morning? " a voice sounded beside her while liya jammed her locker angrily for the second time and noticed it her best friend whose name was miya was also taking notes from her locker " it's that stupid experiment, it failed and messed up my whole room for the fifth time " liya said angrily as her face was boldly written with it " hey tweenies " Jake one of liya friend greeted as he approached them but quickly changed directions when he saw the fury in her eye's "oooh boy " Jake thought as he opened his locker and took out a few note's " calm down girl , you don't have to get furious about abmut this little things " miya advised as they walked down the Hall way "you woudn't understand " liya sigh trying to calm herself down " I understand coz the programming I tried doing has brought out a lot of errors which I can't even identity and I think this is my sixth retrial " miya explained as they got to the entrance of their classroom which was buzzing with who were chatting loudly and even playing "if I can remember very well , we spring clean twice or once every year but I did mine five times now " liya complained taking her seat beside miya just then a woman wearing glasses with brown hair wearing a friendly look on her face walked into the class " good morning class " the woman greeted dropping her notes on the desk " good morning Mr's Jane " the class replied with many filled with smile's while some without " well, settle down and bring out your notes we will be doing a revisory topic on .........." Mrs Jane began to explain a topic on chemistry to the class

"Mom I'm home " miya shouted as she walked into the house carefree not noticing everyone in the sitting room watching a television series "sister liya ! " a little girl shouted as she ran over to meet liya who was already climbing up the stairs " how are you little sis ? "liya asked carrying her sister in her arms heading for her room" I'm fine , can you help me with my assignments " the little girl who happened to be liya little sis Jasmine asked politely while putting on a cute face " OK, I'll help you but that wouldn't be now " liya answered putting her down before bringing out her bunch of keys "bug you later sis ! " Jasmine shouted running downstairs while laughing happily " don't even think of disturbing me " liya said with a smile before pushing the door open
