Prologue 2: Death and Life

Time passed by for what seemed like an eternity and an instance as I thought of all the possible things I could wish for.

"I've decided" I said

"I see, then tell me your wishes child" She says in a gentle tone

"For my first wish I would like to have the ability of reactive adaptation/evolution" I said, this would solve the problem of adapting to the energy of the world I'm going to which I would have a hard time since I'm a man and also because I overpowered as long as I use it in the correct way.

"Oh, That's quite surprising I thought you would ask for something like instantly becoming powerful" She said looking surprised

"I could have but they have clear upper limits while this one does not" I said and I also didn't want to wish for instant power because that would surely change me for who I am, I want to be myself and become stronger from the bottom up with my own efforts

"That is indeed true. I shall grant upon you this wish" She says

"Thank you, and for my second wish I would like to be born in an extremely rich and resourceful family" I said, this would give me important education and connections and most importantly it would give me protection in my younger years for the kind of world I''ll be going to.

"I see, Granted" The goddess says with her still gentle tone

"And for my third wish I would like to have a perfect body and face" In my last life I wasn't that good looking and lost a lot of opportunities because of that and even though I started working out and getting fit I still looked average and still couldn't get a girlfriend so yeah I wanna know what it's like to be handsome and all, and it would also give me some confidence too.

She chuckles "Fufu, That's quite an interesting wish, I shall grant it."

"Last but not least for my fourth wish I would like to be born in Honkai Impact the 3rd in the Previous era" I wanted to change that tragic future of the previous era, I loved honkai impact I played it since the game came out, however I never had the time or money to completely enjoy the game as I had to focus on my studies and meet my parents expectations. And when I first saw the

  13 flame chasers and their own stories I was fascinated.

Especially when I got to know of Elysia, the herrscher of humanity, for she who loved the world so much, she gave her only life for it. I was captivated by her, I wanted to know how someone could be so happy and kind. She was the personification of Purity.

I wanted to know everything about the flame chasers I wanted to interact with them and be friends with them. Whether it's through acts of kindness, assistance in their missions, or simply spending time with them, I will work on becoming friends with these char- no people.

"I see, Granted" Her voice got even more gentler.

"I wish you success in your journey ahead my child" She says with a motherly tone as my vision gets off and my fall in a spiral and my spiritual body traveled through an unknown distance.

As I traveled through the endless space, my thoughts raced, filled with anticipation and excitement for the life that lay ahead. The goddess's granting of my wishes had opened up a world of possibilities, and I couldn't wait to see how my choices would shape my new existence.

As my thoughts swirled in the cosmic void, I couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the goddess who had granted me this extraordinary opportunity. With determination in my heart and my wishes set in motion, I eagerly awaited the next chapter of my journey, ready to embrace the challenges and adventures that lay ahead in my new life.

In the midst of my contemplation, a sense of serenity washed over me. The infinite space around me seemed to hold the answers to all the questions I had ever pondered in my previous life. It was as if the cosmos itself whispered secrets of existence, and I felt a profound connection to the universe.
