Huge amount of money was suddenly thrown in front of Ella
Halos hindi makapaniwala si Ella sa mga nangyayari. Sadness is painted on her face lowering her eyes to hide what she's feeling.
She's been married for almost 4 years now. Ella never knew that this loveless marriage has finally come to an end.
Her husband is now offering her huge amount of money just to let Ella sign the divorce agreement. They never had a conversation as serious as what is happening right now within those four years of being a couple. Ella was faithful and is devoted to love the man who never even laid his eyes towards her.
"Don't want to sign it?" he frowned "Or maybe you want more than just money?" he said rolling his eyes towards his side "Tell me you want property? House? Cars? Ownerships?" he continued
Ella felt glued having mixed emotions. From the years of having nothing in return after loving the man infront of her to the core she finally understood herself once.
"I need pen" she utter with a confident tone
She knew deep inside that she wasn't prepared for this emotional damage.
The man was speechless as if he wasn't expecting Ella's response.
Did I underestimate her? Maybe she's just putting an act to get my attention.
He called one of his men to give her the pen "You don't have to worry, I'll give you more money after this" he said seriously watching Ella signing the paper.
"You know what Erick? It's a good thing that we finally sought this things out but I don't really need anything from you. Forget about the money or anything I can handle myself. Don't worry I'll pack my things after my work and I'll be surely gone before morning"
Erick was stunned and couldn't even analyze what just happened. "Aren't you going to ask me the reason why I'm doing this?" he exclaimed trying to seek something he wasn't sure of.
"Hindi na siguro Erick, asawa molang naman ako sa papel hindi ba?" she stand and took her bag with her "You've been shoving that words everyday and it's finally here, I'm finally here and I'm ready to accept the very fact that I am just a wife, I am just your wife"
Ella walk towards the door and the man opened it for her "But actually you know what? I was never your wife"
Erick was shocked about what just happened. He got the feeling of emptiness right before his wife walks out from the door.
It was just a plan to marry her for my figure and now that I finally have the woman I've been waiting for what is this feeling that I'm feeling. Just what is happening with me?
