An article suddenly appeared on the internet. It described the spread of a horrible contagious disease somewhere in Qinzhou. People had died because of the disease.

The local government in Qinzhou province and Bingzhou had tried their best to control the spread of the disease. They strictly forbid anyone involved to release any information related to the disease to media. However, the news still went online, upsetting the local government.

"Who told the media about it?" The senior officer of the local government was furious.

The news wouldn't be kept secret forever. Nowadays, news could travel rapidly through internet. However, due to lack of supervision, a lot of news being circulated on the internet was incorrect or partially incorrect. Eventually, that news became rumors, which could be completely different from the truth. Therefore, adequate supervision and guidance were necessary.
